Thanks for the excellent family friendly guide. I'm looking forward to this raid and also looking forward to more family friendly content on your stream.
Ok for the meteor mech in G5, before the mech start she will cast a yellow effect on the floor, if it look like crosses on top of each other it will be X3 if it look like honeycomb "circle" then it will be X3 +1. IDK why he didn't show that in the video. G6 guide was phenomenal.
1. can you counter 2 blue meteors and shoot 2 lazers? 2. is there any reason for supports to grab the small "damage increasing" orbs on the final final mech in G6 where you kill the big orb at 7 o clock?
Cross or Circle to indicate the positioning for meteors GATE5 1:33 Timestamp. I cannot see it, I paused multiple times to try to find it, on that frame you were calling that. I check both times you said to check for the indicator. Watching her hands, above her head and on player model. This may be an oversight by me, but maybe something to touch up on. I will be staying NOTED sir :)
@@shadoface No, vykas 0 hp stagger u can theoretically do as 1 person (1 out of 8, very high odds of that being the case). Obviously u need to know how to do it properly, but it's not that hard. This orb u just need straight up damage and he said u only have a few seconds so you probably need like 4 dps out of 6 still alive when going in on ilvl. That's a lot less likely.
do you have some kind of link for the G6 metor pattern? im just writing a short cut of your 1-6 guides and cant find any link to it in your description
braaahhhhhh , it will take a fuckin while until people memorize every meteor positioning on g6... as Raid Lead i already peak at how hard it will be to force them to remember it all ...
they should already know meteor positioning from normal mode... if not, they are retarded KEKW in any case, if their shape memory is not good thing... they could remember it with math again... its opposite from normal mode.... just divide by 2 If you got assigned star then you know you are collecting 8 orbs -> 8/2 = 4.... so you are number 4 .... and everyone should already know that number 4 is 12 and 1 depends where you need to put it ( x3 or x3+1 )

@@memorizer92 Isn’t it so at 30x shapes, the destroyed tiles are at 11,12,1 and that makes it easier to see 3 and 9 since our HUD is on the bottom and is “harder” to see if destroyed tiles were at 5,6,7? Probably doesn’t make a difference if you just hide HUD for that mech though.
The orb destruction mechanic at the end, I see players attacking Brel instead of the orb and Azena is used too but all the spears target Brel and not the orb. Why are some players hitting Brel and why use Azena to target Brel instead of something like Shandi to reset skills vs the orb?
Pugging g6 on normal is hard...Everyone is with friends and no one calls... On hard someone has to call the meteor...it feels more difficult to pug brel hard :( maybe its time for this paladin to leave this game...
After spending an hour on G5 I am wondering, where is the "challenging/difficult" part, that everyone had been talking about? I am not challenged at all, just annoyed. I don't see a challenge in squeezing a 1.5s animation into a 1.0s window. It doesn't work. Dodging everything 1-2 seconds in advance. Still taking damage, because the client has US Quality. All in all, this raid is neither fun, nor difficult. It's just poorly designed. The poor design might just feel like that, because of how poorly the western client works. Can't wait for D4 launch, so I can drop this trash game experience. Games are supposed to be fun. This is just stressful and upsetting, because I as a player have no control over what is happening. If you struggle to understand what I mean, go do HM Prokel at ilvl 1540, no over gearing, with the average pug party on the outside (if you get 2 staggers per Prokel kill, outside is already too good.)
People are saying "get good" but realistically it just means "overlevel so the content is faster and you deal with less randomness." I agree. G5 and G6 are poorly designed fights imo and very frustrating to deal with in a game that expects you to clear content weekly. G5 has the awful requirement of NEEDING everyone alive up until 112x and at minimum 6 people until 50x, which is annoying in an 8 man raid. HM makes it even more painful because the windows that you want to push, you realistically are forced to slow down due to 1. shape mech and 2. all the new aoes she has, which you can't push past due to them affecting shape mech. It takes so long to push from 180-140 and then 80-50 due to this. Some of the normal patterns are very silly as well (the forced knockdown was so bad they made it way more forgiving in G6). As a general aside, flipping some of the mechs between G5 and G6 (the red and blue tethers, for instance) is bad design as well. Making players forcefully do the opposite of what the game has been clueing them is artificial difficulty at its worst. I could say a LOT about G6, but in short: forced DPS pacing is atrociously terrible. Having a high DPS check isn't necessarily bad. However, the reward for overgearing should be doing the fight faster, but even on normal mode, the fight always took 15 minutes because you HAD to do golden meteors, which means you can't push past. I mean, when the go-to strategy for overgeared parties is to have the guy with the meteor literally alt+F4 the game to avoid needing to wait, that just perfectly sums up how badly your raid is designed. Her logical conditions of forcing blue meteors even when you can push to golden meteor is also very stupid, and the overlapping normal patterns that sometimes FORCE you to timestop is unforgivable. Timestop should be a last resort item, not the only way out if she gives you a bad set of patterns. At least in G6 normal, you could carry people from Shandi onwards and still win. But of course HM has a forced 0 bar mech that requires 5 people. I really like some of the fights in this game. Hanumatan is by far the best designed Guardian and unlike Deskaluda, Kungelanium, or Caliligos I look forward to fighting him every day. It rewards you for playing well and as 1 person you can control the fight and do all the mechs even if your teammates aren't doing well. Kakul-Saydon was by far the best raiding experience I had and it properly rewards you for overleveling it by letting you skip mechs. Plus its visual design is great. Brel up to G4 is honestly pretty fun as well. G5 and G6? I can see why most players in KR even to this day do not like doing those gates, even as they overgear the content by 50+ ilvls at this point.
@@whydidimakethis111 Late response, but just wanted to say this is a really great description of the game's difficulty. Even though g5 is gone and g6 is slightly neutered, the ideas behind the fights that made them unfun to begin with still crop up.
