I'm currently running a 3 spender entropy with 40/60 distribution and have been thinking of giving 4 spender a try and needless to say, this video is really helpful. Thank you so much for the effort you've spent, hope to see more 4 spender stuff on either regular or hell runs
Been running 4 spender for a while now myself. I found it interesting how you adapted the rotation. I think it helps a lot for people with RFD (full hold) and continue. This way RFD only loses out on the 18% crit, i.e. what you are giving up on the first part of BF every time you do your rotation. Also using both buff skills at the start makes adrenaline easier to use to its full effectiveness (which you didn't put in in your build, but is a viable, though quite a bit harder, alternative with class lvl1), though that is a minor point. Also also, taking the super armor tripod on RFD is super nice in most content. If you know boss patterns well enough you can adapt your rotation on the fly to make very good use of it. For example, on brel G4 when the boss does cones and rings, you can super armor the inner ring pretty consistently to keep dpsing. Same on G3 spin etc.
nice to see someone else playing the 4 spender! keep it up! I just have 1 tip. I would suggest Spiral impact to take Swift Fingers over Ready Attack. The Ready attack doesn't really benefit us much, because we already use SSB beforehand unless your SSB miss then its bad. But rotation-wise, even with yearning 10% atk speed, if you take Ready attack tripod, its hard for Rising dragon full hold to fit in within Lazenith effect even on a perfect start and can't fit in roar of courage full hold. However with swift fingers, you have more flexibility and rising dragon FULL HOLD can still fit in SSB's ready attack and also roar of courage effect debuff on boss. In addition, Spiral doesn't have paralysis immunity, so its very vulnerable to get cancelled especially with the slow animation, losing even more damage. I've tried both ready attack and swift, swift does more dps even though it doesn't increase any damage directly (it allows all skills to fit in rotation buffs). Give it a try. Cheers!
I think doing this defeats the purpose of why the main rotation is set-up the way it is. The Ready Attack buff is spread up in parts so that in any instance where the boss moves (which they will), you can pace yourself and delay for the next attack. I think it's clever to put SSB and spiral impact next to each other because it gives you a three second window to hit your spiral impact after SSB and a 4 second window to hit your full hold rising dragon. Yes roar of courage buff loses value but most of the time in an actual fight (not infernal), you most likely will only get the call of the wind god in the 6 second buff window.
+1 what the guy above me said, but regardless I went ahead and tested this and you lose about 12.5% total damage on RFD in a 2 minute trix parse from swapping off ready attack to swift fingers because of the lower ready attack buff on swift fingers if you don't factor in lazenith. At best lazenith would increase the damage by 12% assuming swift fingers gets to full hold the entire duration and normal build does not but from what I have tested they both have extremely tight windows if lazenith procs early and would not be realistic to get rfd full hold if the boss does anything, in the case of swift fingers you have a huge dps loss on rfd because you fully lose all the plusses of swift fingers and you end up with a huge loss because of not having a better ready attack buff (this also is not mentioning the fact that ssbs ready attack into SI and RFD is also extremely tight). In the case where Lazenith procs late (like from a hit from blast formation, you can full hold in both cases and the ready attack version wins by a large margin as well).
@@gagefen5822 actually no, real raid almost everything get roar of courage 6 sec window even more with swift. Because this is not the old 4 spender rotation where you start with ww roc, you start wind god straight after roc, so you still have 4~ secs after wind god. @QcyLA actually i just tested again, i found a crucial breaking point. What i was using is just spiral impact swift lvl 1 20%, and this is because ROC's esoteric tripod have to be level 5. If you take SI ready attack lvl 1, its no diff from SSB's ready attack, won't stack, but if you take level 5 ready attack, ROC won't have level 5 esoteric meter. And this the crucial part, and also evident in your current video, wind god won't get the 4 orbs activation easily, I'm using 1796 spec, full wealth runes settings and its very very tight to get that 4 orbs, and we can't wait for that 0.5 sec tick more because all other skills not gonna fit in even more. I know real raid we prolly won't get 4 orbs too. But if comfort situation we can't even get 4 orbs, what's more for a real raid. As you know, wardancers' animations are locked we can't spacebar to cancel, my style of play is still, in fast out fast, if not without any push immunity (we don't have except rfd rng 1 which we don't take either), we tend to suffer at raids that will drop off platforms. You should try again with swift lvl 1 and eso meter lvl 5. If we can't get 4 orbs on wind god, already 12% damage loss not factoring other synergy. Also, i'm trying at 1796 spec, if people with lower spec like 1700-1750, will be harder going for consistent 4 orbs. The reason i changed to this build also its because of the lower spec requirement, i can activate 4 orbs with my previous 1720 spec with roc eso meter tripod lvl 5. Again, spiral impact getting cancelled is pretty high if its slow, especially in annoying raids like cali. Also, especially when the tip you gave, which is good about lazenith, its better to wait for the cooldown and release BF on 3 orbs, then most likely wind god also 3 orbs, but with roc eso meter 5, more likely to activate wind god on 4 orbs. In real raid, higher attack speed makes us even harder to get 4 orbs since less energy combust ticks (unless we really wait for it). But can easily be solved with roc eso meter 5 For me, not everything that increase dps directly increase final dps, flexibility, mobility, hit rate and smoother rotation all affects for me. I do have to agree SI ready attack looks good too but yeap diff situations stuff works differently, if SI had paralysis immunity imbued, that would be a different case (not using the tripod) In conclusion, i tested both 2 min parse with the above^ mentioned tripods specifics. Its actually very very similar but ig its QoL in its respective areas. ******Also, one more tip, when you think lazenieth is gonna activate early before WW is up, don't use SSB before SI. Use SI first then SSB, so you get 4 orbs and wait out WW's cooldown with lazenith, instead of starting with 3 orbs. you lose SI damage with SSB's ready attack, but you gain 12% damage with lazenith boost for BF. Give it a try.
@@HanY-gf3sx I think you do make a good point for ROC esoteric lvl 5 but I don't think the play is to take off ready attack on SI because of how consistent it makes the build, without it you have to rely on getting everything off at once instead of being able to manage the small buff windows as the boss is moving. I will do some testing later to see what other tripods could be levelled down in exchange for it (my best guess is maybe ssb esoteric extortion). The build was kinda made using knowledge from high-tier KR which doesn't really apply to our low spec so that's the reason I made the build this way but you are right that nado does get casted on 3 orbs quite often at my spec of 1730.
@@HanY-gf3sx Okay I did some testing and some math and this is basically my conclusion In regards to SI swift fingers, the math comes out to overall a 13.1% damage loss from using ready attack on SSB only for RFD and effectively has 0 leeway on if the boss does anything in such a case, you would lose the full 44.4% damage on RFD which hits pretty hard. Also bleed is affected by ready attack since bleed is always proceed by SI you're bleed is always going to get that +44% damage and since bleed is about 1.4% of your total damage its about a 0.3-0.4% damage increase. Now you mentioned that you had swift fingers at level 1 because you needed ROC at lvl 5 to consistently get 4 orbs on COTWG (you mentioned 3 orbs is a 12% dps loss but that's additive so its only really 8% on the one skill and since COTWG is about 25% ish of your total damage its about a 2% damage loss if it occurs all the time and like a 1% total damage loss since it only occurs like half the time; RFD does above 18% of your total damage so if you lose 40% of its damage sometimes it could result in a 6% dps loss on those rotations and at best if the boss does nothing would not really change anything since the lazenith buff vs the ready attack loss basically just evens out. Now since 1% total damage is still worth considering I tested some other tripods that you could take out to still take ROC Esoteric Extortion to guarantee 4 orbs on COTWG every time. At 1730 Spec (What I currently have): At this spec I basically came up with two options - Set Wind's Whisper Attack Speed to LVL 1 for EsoExt on ROC - This basically trades off 4% Attack speed For 1% total damage - Also a note that when Rage Procs, you cap out either way with yearning so that's also a plus. - Set EC Extensive Combustion to LVL 1 for EsoExt on ROC - The downtime on EC goes from -3s of leeway to 3s downtime if you do this with a lvl 7 gem and only 50 swift, with 150 swift it might be slightly better but still could mess up rotations. - If you have a lvl 10 CDR gem on EC the downtime goes away (math says 0.8s with no swiftness but there's a bit of delay even after the timer hits 0 so there's actually no delay but still a chance to mess up rotations since you don't have any leeway). I also tried SSB EsoExt to lvl 1 but this results in SI being casted at 3 orbs which would technically be better but not having the QOL of the meter gain on SSB can mess up rotations in actual raid. At 1793 Spec: At this spec I would almost never cast bf on 3 orbs unless I got unlucky and rage proceed and the EC ticks lined up poorly which is such a small chance so I would say it is not worth considering. In conclusion, basically all options kinda have positives and negatives, but SI having ready attack is 100% the better option IMO.
solid guide. I swapped from 3 spender into this and gained 2.5 mil dps at 1500. The rotation is sooo easy coming from soulfist. I think in some fights I may want to swap off of entropy though..
How would u build up ur engraving when u have 9/7 ? Is it better to go full adrenalin and just one eso? And later then 2 eso ?or switch it wirh adrenalin ?
I would say that i have a love hate relationship with wardancer community Case one they give me a new ways to play one of the best class but also make smilegate to have more eyes on it
hallucination spec switch is way better in a actual raid , those trixion warrior are just coping making video hitting a dummy but get outdps by everyone in a actual raid because the build is just not viable
adren instead of cursed doll is theoretically the highest ceiling but it becomes basically impossible to upkeep adrenaline in a real raid scenario (I believe I mention this in the video).

Do not go 3 Spender. I tried it and you are completely locked into a 6 sec burst window and any deviation is a heavy damage loss if rotation is messed up due to boss moving in a real raid scenario. The build is also heavily reliant on spec/swift breakpoint and a high MFK CDR gem and 2 purple wealth runes. I would say go 4 Spender Spec/Swft Hallucination where it is more lax and you’re not locked into that 6 sec window for all your skills and gems/breakpoints/runes etc. it does insane damage as well. You can just do rotations off cd. Much more relaxed.
Holy crap I just saw this comment! I rocked 3 spender for a while and agree that it's really punishing if you don't hit everything in the window. I switched to 4 spender hallu 3 days ago and now I really regret not seeing your comment and doing this sooner.. Feels a lot less punishing and pumping out some crazy dmg 😁 Ty for the advice
question how viable(good/bad) is this in brel or kakul raids? im running the classic 2spender 700spec / 1500 swift.... i feel like 2spender is doing great in kakul and ok in Brel ......but after looking at this 4 spender i feel like this can compete with other top/s class dps (deathblades / sorc / arcanist...etc? how do you fair against others with this build? when i parse on trix i cant seem to pass 6mill mark and i feel like swiftness falls off hard end game raiding.
sorry for the late reply but since were so overgeared you are correct that swiftness falls off and burst is heavily favored. But basically before I started playing 4 spender I had no chance to MVP against good players on good classes, now I can contest them for mvps even if they have better gems.

I’m playing first intention right now and I just got 3 umars and lazenith card set. Interested in maybe changing my build, is this a lot more damage than FI?
Some skills generate orb "meter" which fills the 4 orbs you see in the center of the UI. Other stronger skills "spend" those orbs to be able to cast. There are 1, 2, 3, and 4-spender builds for wardancer, depending how much you want to focus on those Esoteric "spender" skills.
@@Manny-rw8xk never tested 2 spender myself but since its pretty similar to 3 spender hallu you could see something like if you had 6m dps it might go to like 8-9

im running alt 4 eso spender for 3 months with budget build 1460 ilvl 1600+spec 550 crit grudge 3 ambush 3 mass increase 3 Spirit absorp 3 adre 2 eso 1 LOS+18 and not having trouble getting mvp at vykas kunge argos and valtan. in the future im gonna replace SA to keenblunt and remove adre 2 make eso 3 engraving
Tried spec crit entropy wardancer, and if you dont have Lazenith+umar full set, do not do this. it has lower dps than 3 eso skill hallucination wardancer with LOS 30 or even los 18. with level 10 cooldown gem, your cooldown to restart whole dps cycle is about 16.5 sec and Lazenith cooltime is 32sec. So, When u do 2 dps cycle, Lazenith is back, which means 50% efficency. So, basicly this setting is having tons of conditions to use, and when every single conditions are satisfied, you will get the highest dps. I've been seeing this type of Wardancers and strikers that are not doing mech because they dont want to activate their Lazenith while their skill is on cooldown. If you are NOT lvl 10 crimson + annihilation, No reason to do this.
Hallucination 4 spenders way better , grudge , keen blunt , raid captain , mass increase and eso , 1550 spec , 800+switfness . full uptime on damage , no need to chase the boss ass wich result in better dps , not slow . ENTROPY IS A TRAP

have you tested swift neck and running RC and adren 2 + class 1 instead of KBW and class 3? is the dps difference that big?
swiftness is useless when you need to wait for the lazumar anyway. If you want to do that you could look into 4 spender hallu

I would say go 4 Spender Spec/Swft Hallucination where it is more lax and you’re not locked into that 6 sec window for all your skills and gems/breakpoints/runes etc. it does insane damage as well. You can just do rotations off cd. Much more relaxed.
Holy crap I just saw this comment! I rocked 3 spender for a while and agree that it's really punishing if you don't hit everything in the window. I switched to 4 spender hallu 3 days ago and now I really regret not seeing your comment and doing this sooner.. Feels a lot less punishing and pumping out some crazy dmg 😁 Ty for the advice
question how viable(good/bad) is this in brel or kakul raids? im running the classic 2spender 700spec / 1500 swift.... i feel like 2spender is doing great in kakul and ok in Brel ......but after looking at this 4 spender i feel like this can compete with other top/s class dps (deathblades / sorc / arcanist...etc? how do you fair against others with this build? when i parse on trix i cant seem to pass 6mill mark and i feel like swiftness falls off hard end game raiding.
sorry for the late reply but since were so overgeared you are correct that swiftness falls off and burst is heavily favored. But basically before I started playing 4 spender I had no chance to MVP against good players on good classes, now I can contest them for mvps even if they have better gems.

I’m playing first intention right now and I just got 3 umars and lazenith card set. Interested in maybe changing my build, is this a lot more damage than FI?
The ceiling is much higher yea, but you do go from one of the easiest builds in the game to play to one of the hardests (if not the most difficult)
What does your character look like in terms of gems and weapon ilvl + quality?
15 brel weapon, all lvl 7 gems but just got a lvl 9 cotwg dmg gem, 94 weapon qual (ilvl is 1536)
Diff between this ver and 2 spender Dom in dps ?
never tested 2 spender myself but since its pretty similar to 3 spender hallu you could see something like if you had 6m dps it might go to like 8-9

I'm sorry for ny ignorance, but what does the 'spender' mean ?
Some skills generate orb "meter" which fills the 4 orbs you see in the center of the UI. Other stronger skills "spend" those orbs to be able to cast. There are 1, 2, 3, and 4-spender builds for wardancer, depending how much you want to focus on those Esoteric "spender" skills.

im running alt 4 eso spender for 3 months with budget build 1460 ilvl 1600+spec 550 crit grudge 3 ambush 3 mass increase 3 Spirit absorp 3 adre 2 eso 1 LOS+18 and not having trouble getting mvp at vykas kunge argos and valtan. in the future im gonna replace SA to keenblunt and remove adre 2 make eso 3 engraving
Tried spec crit entropy wardancer, and if you dont have Lazenith+umar full set, do not do this. it has lower dps than 3 eso skill hallucination wardancer with LOS 30 or even los 18. with level 10 cooldown gem, your cooldown to restart whole dps cycle is about 16.5 sec and Lazenith cooltime is 32sec. So, When u do 2 dps cycle, Lazenith is back, which means 50% efficency. So, basicly this setting is having tons of conditions to use, and when every single conditions are satisfied, you will get the highest dps. I've been seeing this type of Wardancers and strikers that are not doing mech because they dont want to activate their Lazenith while their skill is on cooldown. If you are NOT lvl 10 crimson + annihilation, No reason to do this.
Hallucination 4 spenders way better , grudge , keen blunt , raid captain , mass increase and eso , 1550 spec , 800+switfness . full uptime on damage , no need to chase the boss ass wich result in better dps , not slow . ENTROPY IS A TRAP
