Range of capacity starting from 25 mm and above of plate thickness.
Specific technology for heavy duty roll bending of plates presenting medium and high yield strength. All the 3 rolls are movable independent to press and bend the plate till obtaining the wanted final accurate radius including the edge set pre-bending. The lower rolls are movable away from the machine centerline to increase the bending leverage and increasing the capacity bending on the plate thickness.
The 3 rolls are driven independent with hydraulic motor and gear unit axial coupled to each roll.
The plate being formed can be driven up to the extreme edge thanks to the hydraulic pilot instant braking system thus obtaining an accurate forming of the entire surface and minimizing the remaining flat portion within the final wanted accurate roundness.
The 3 movable rollers are hydraulic controlled via closed loop electronic proportional valves to guarantee the best positioning and repeatability accuracy. The 3 rolls are tiltable in a wide range of angles for conical plate forming.
-Very large bending capacity exceeding 500Mpa of plate yield strength. -Rolling of plates in stainless steel, boiler steel, hardox, weldox, special alloy. Pre-bending of the complete plate surface without need to cut the extreme ends. -Command console centralized for the complete control with a single operator.
-Conical plates can be formed with pre-bending of the both plate ends.
-External accessories are available to complete the machine configuration: roller platform for plate travelling and alignment into the machine prior bending. -Re-rolling device for welded plates to achieve very high quality roundness accuracy.
-All the safety devices are fitted to guarantee the highest standard of protection to the operators' and the machine functions in compliance with machine tools regulation. All the equipment is provided with certification of quality CE made in China
