When testing current, your meter says 10 seconds max! Every 15 minutes! What do you think this means? It means read amps for no more than 10 seconds, then open circuit. Wait 15 minutes. Then you can read amps again but for no more than 10 seconds. Hope this helps!

There is no current reading in my solar panel why
Check diode if your controller ismt showing current. Disconnect it let it reset. If still nothing you batteries sh*t the bed.
