Thank you so much for sharing your story and sentiments. As for who is a favorite...it's hard to say they are all incredibly perfect in my eyes. Daisy does have a certain sweetness. I am drawn to her. We had 15 adopted budgies over the span of 17 years. My last one( Aqua) past away last year at 14.5 years which was hard to say goodbye. I recently adopted a caique who needed a home and know like you how different it is to care for a parrot versus a budgie. It is challenging and rewarding. I wish you lots of joy with all the birds in your life. They will always keep you smiling. 😊

You can try giving them a quiet, comfortable space and minimizing disturbances. Adding some soft nesting material might also encourage them to sit on the eggs. If the eggs aren’t fertile, though, it’s best to remove them after a while to prevent stress
