100 ping is not as much of a hindrance as people think it is. Especially at rapha's level I play a lot of games on 120+ ping because i have american friends and obviously i would rather play on low ping but its not that bad
Guys blaming Rapha for whining. This game with certain hardware configs/Internet issues can make anyone go crazy. I'm having some weird issues with my 8700k processor with this game. Rapha seems to be using the same processor I think.
