Nice! I have the 8nm csl dd and honestly dont find clipping or low detail and issue. Im able to get good detail and still avoid clipping. But 10nm wpuld be nice
My setup is much the same as the one guy. I have a Simucube 2 Pro with a Simagic GT4 the USB version it has a good cable, that screws on just like most other cables.
UA-cam wont let me add a link in the description because my channel is so new but here is a link to sim shop where you can purchase it! simshop.com/products/simagic-alpha-15nm-wheel-base
Yeah but is it worth it upgrading from a T150? Hahahha im gonna skip midrange and go for Alpha right away I would probably be happy with csl dd and calling simagic night and day is crazy to me I hear that a lot But why is so much better?
I say that’s one hell of an upgrade go for it! My buddy just upgraded from a thrustmaster t300 to the alpha and he loves it!! Also the detail in the force feedback is higher in my opinion. You feel the road more rumble strips. Also I feel that that sweet spot for force feedback at least for me is like around the 10-12 spot.
@@g...b2216 Some people say that its just more torque and faster slew rate. Its the minority of course but yesterday i talked with someone that upgraded from G29 to mini and he was expecting more immersion. He said that if he knew he would be ok staying with G29. From what i have heard he probably talked bullshit. Some people cant be impressed.Sad Would you ever go back to a gear drive and be fine with it?
@@tkdmp5698 I should make this comparison maybe the sim magic or my simucube vs a cheaper fanatec csw 2.5. That was the best belt driven wheel I ever had!
This is what makes no sense to me, how can someone say Simmagic is better then asetek or simucube when so many others are saying that they're better then simmagic? Is it really that close that people can't make up their minds or they're just saying the one they bought is better then others to make them selfs feel better?
@@RelaxSimmer Tbh is like the Messi vs Ronaldo debate . All. Very good these day and if anyone has a problem it’s more they can’t drive or have bias. Moza I would not buy. Crappy motor. Simagic have 5 pole motors and they are the best kind out there.
Great video. Just a quick note. Simagic released the first affordable DD wheel for the masses (The M10) long before Fanatec brought out the CSL DD.
Totally forgot about the m10 totally right! Thanks for watching!
Simagic doing some great things!
SIm Magic Alpha is a definite win!
Got my first wheel base this week Asetek la Prima with Forte wheel very nice
I’ve always wanted to try out the asetek bases. I myself run a simucube but I’ve heard they are very similar. How do you like it so far!

Update... i sold my csl dd and buying this with GT Neo
I have the same wheel base and pedals lol. I use Race Beyond Matters setting for the wheel base. And wow, made it a very lively wheel base
We will have to look into his settings to see how it is compared to the ones we have now! Thanks for watching!

That's what I did. Never looked back. Upgraded from a thrust master t248 to an alpha mini with gt neo and gt1 Sr rim. I love them

More people need to know about this. Unfortunately folks just buy moza because it's slightly cheaper and they think it is just as good @@Max__apex
