Letting a palpatine descendant steal luke's role to restart the jedi academy is just pure blasphemy.
I found it absolutely insulting that they gave Luke Skywalkers story arc of him rebuilding the Jedi Order to a boring character called Rey.
Furloni also gave his and Leia´s Thrawn Trilogy arc to Ahwoka and Dangerhair in that garbage Ahwoka show.

George Lucas' vision was to have Luke Skywalker be the one to begin the rebuild of the Jedi Order, but Kathleen Kennedy instead chose to have him fail and Rey be the one to do it.
It makes me feel sad that Star Wars ended up in this state and I suspect any further Rey films expanding on the retconned story will fail financially and turn any fans away who are still hanging around despite the epic disaster that is The Acolyte.
