I dont know how far in the story the first season will get to either. The only big players in the story from Russia are KCCO and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the latter of which still doesnt play a huge part as a whole, and that's later on.

( Hire people that know Russian\Chinese mica( It is not hard), pls your gfl 2 trailer was a mess from this side)
The PV really makes you feel that the story isn’t as depressing as you think it will be, hopefully they actually get past chapter 6 and straight into the war crimes, or at least we get to see a glimpse.

I'm only level 3 and every story from the past in the real world is connected to the story of GFL. "No one knew how deep the story would be"
I don't know man I've been playing for a bit and, at least until chapter 4, barely anything is happening aside from introducing new characters and minor event exposure.

@@Tokax well Azur lane Anime is probably less expecting because the Bibury animation studio is an newly established animation studio and the Anime itself is their first production...and they were probably really bad at war scene making....and they still doing it causing many detail and battle scene of Azur lane anime cracks in drawing.....like really oh my goodness....

With all this time until it releases I hope and pray for it's success, that it's a banger, it has hopefully 24episodes, and covers a lot of the story. The story and characters in it are worth it
I miss when 24 was the norm I find 12 to be too short in most cases. I’m hoping it’ll get 50 episodes at least like an average Gundam anime. And this story and characters are perfect for a long story especially with how much the characters change and the amount of character development it’ll be a shame to not probably develop that!

Very cool! The first previews had me a little worried about the animation possibly being choppy due to fewer frames = cheaper, but this looks fluid enough. Can't wait to see more.
I'm hyped AF but seeing some scenes it reminds me to the official manga, I guess it's easier for Japan to animate an manga rather than a VNish game but it disappoints me and kills a little bit the my hype but I guess I'm also happy to see GFL receiving the love it deserves.

The game has had an English translation since May 2018. Unless you're phone is junk, there's no reason to not start playing.

Depending on the success, they'll make a second season. So it depends on the fans and how well it does.
It all comes down to budget. But I'm curious, what more are you expecting? I want the story told right, which happens to be the manga.
