Why this apparently to me vague language: "might be regarded as"? These words certainly do not mean "is".

There is a freedom of conscience. But one is obliged to seek to form one’s conscience according to the truth. If one has a malformed conscience due to one’s own willful ignorance or as a result of culpable sins (sinful habits can deform our consciences) then one can still be culpable. Conscience is not to be equated with “individual liberty and preferences.” Dr Matthew Levering has a recent book out on conscience and how it’s been misunderstood. Then Cardinal Ratzinger also spoke about this, using the example of “truly convinced” Nazi SS officers. Perhaps they were subjectively following their consciences, but this doesn’t mean they aren’t guilty for allowing their consciences to become so warped that they could no longer feel guilt/remorse for what they did/were doing.

Luke 10:16. "He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me.” so yes, Jesus says no one comes to the father but through himself and here is commission to the Apostles (The Church) to carry out his mission. That same Church exists fully in the Catholic Church. So yes, if you reject the Catholic Church you reject Christ, and if you reject Christ you reject the one who sent him.
Christianity is about Jesus period. In the BIBLE belt catholicism barely exists, yet there are many real, saved christians. As I said, God sent Saint Martin Luther for a reason.

God created us male and female in His Image and meant the family to be an image of His Divine Self-Giving Love. Why do you think Jesus would spend the first 30 years of His Life in a human family if He didn’t want to sanctify and consecrate it in Person: Luke 2:51-52 “He went down with them to Nazareth and was subject to them. Does official Roman Catholic theology deny freedom of conscience?
There is a freedom of conscience. But one is obliged to seek to form one’s conscience according to the truth. If one has a malformed conscience due to one’s own willful ignorance or as a result of culpable sins (sinful habits can deform our consciences) then one can still be culpable. Conscience is not to be equated with “individual liberty and preferences.” Dr Matthew Levering has a recent book out on conscience and how it’s been misunderstood. Then Cardinal Ratzinger also spoke about this, using the example of “truly convinced” Nazi SS officers. Perhaps they were subjectively following their consciences, but this doesn’t mean they aren’t guilty for allowing their consciences to become so warped that they could no longer feel guilt/remorse for what they did/were doing.

Luke 10:16. "He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me.” so yes, Jesus says no one comes to the father but through himself and here is commission to the Apostles (The Church) to carry out his mission. That same Church exists fully in the Catholic Church. So yes, if you reject the Catholic Church you reject Christ, and if you reject Christ you reject the one who sent him.
