I was born in 82 but I really wished I experienced the 70s and 80s. My coming of age was the 90s and 00s. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the 90s and 00s but I always wanted to experience the 70s and 80s seemed like fun times. I experienced the 80s yes but I was a baby at the time so obviously don't remember much from then.
I used to love hearing this song as a kid! The one thing that stands out about it for me was when he did an interview in a magazine. I think that it was Right On! magazine. He said that he got a lot of hate mail from a bunch of women named Sadie who were outraged that he called them ugly. They included pictures of themselves with their letters to prove that they weren't. He had to apologize to all of the Sadies in the world after that 🤣🤣🤣 RIP 🎵
