    I am 34 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been following your workouts since about 30 weeks pregnant. I wish I had found you sooner...love them! I combine your prenatal pilates and stretches with Nancy Taylor's prenatal cardio/hiit and Ashley Keller's prenatal strength workouts. I feel so strong, flexible, and confident in approaching delivery day with this combination. Thank you for sharing. Please continue to make more!

    This is really tough. So much tougher than I would have thought. I’m 20 week and I’m just getting back into regular working out since becoming pregnant, but this is day 2 I’m doing it, and it’s easier than yesterday!! Im aiming for 4-5 days a week of this plus a bit of weight lifting in the gym!

    Right now it been two months after my delivery...can I follow this...doc ask me to follow prenatal exercise but avoid lower abdomin exercise fr the time being..please suggest

    When I did this workout, my knees and palms hurt so bad from the pressure or holding myself up! Does that get better with practice?

    how many times should I do this a week? and does the video count for a full workout, or do I need to repeat it a couple times? thanks xo

    Thanks for this :) At what point is quadruped putting too much pressure on your rectus ab? I had DR with the last pregnancy and am hoping to minimize it with this one!

      These movements should be safe for DR throughout pregnancy!
