@@ManInArea sure, good bartender re-add the same gin twice, "trial error" to taste, like he knows really well his recipe! Not to mention good bartender use bar spoon to taste directly to his mouth, love the show!

5 minutes for one simple drink...too much unnecessary steps like that sugar on top of the napkins then later add another dashes of bitters 🙄
I think in this kind of bar you should relax and enjoy the preparation. Not for drunken people.
