Singularity is probably one the most powerful multiversal threat type characters in gaming especially considering how bayonetta had to push her abilities to the absolute limit and have help from the two other bayonetta’s and fuse with them as well just to win.

In-universe it could be him deciding to use the extra power brought by the halos to either regain his angelic might or enhance his current demonic power. It annoyed me in B2 when during his ally section in the story he was already pretty all-powerful. I'd say B2's Tag Climax Rodin strikes a good balance for strength when not empowered by Bayonetta's halos.

Queen Sheba is inferno itself. Even the lords of inferno are at best counterparts of the Auditio or the The Four Cardinal Virtues. Or put this in DMC terms. Mundus at best on par with the Virtues.

You need to collect the frog, cat, and bird for Alrune(you get a weapon if you win the fight) and I think Fortitude. Golem some medallion secret so idk. Rodin you need to purchase the platinum ticket for 999,999 once it's available. Edit: Get all the animals in stage 3 cod the Alrune fight.
Rodin as a secret boss lost the grace, like Octostomp (a cube) from Splatoon or Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts I and II (ask your friend prosafiagaming about Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts)

I used an invincibility cheat (with hacks) in the Rodin fight, because there is no way I will beat him anytime soon.

For the first two you need to find the Umbran tears of blood for certain levels which get you access to bonus levels where you can fight them
