Sir alex built multiple great teams in 1 club. Not denying mourinho isnt 1 of the greats as he clearly is. He couldnt do what sir alex can do and that is develop teams whilst having to break up teams. Also the way he can develop players. Jose had teams were they can spend big and build teams but the cycle ends after a few seasons

And then Tottenham sack him before a final. If only they let him do his job. Tottenham now is up and down club, they can win one game 4-0 and lose the next game 5-0. If they let Mourinho do his job, they would probably be fighting for titles for sure by now, with consistency. If not they would be reaching finals of the cups. But no, as usual the board must put their nose everywhere and ruin the Manager's work. I don't understand what's the point of hiring a guy like Mourinho and then not letting him do the job the way he wants to do it.
Look at the examples of City and Liverpool. You let the Manager do his thing, things go bad, you back him up and, surprise, the team starts to be competitive again and win games. Imagine if City did this with Guardiola 4 or 5 years ago because he didn't win titles immediately? It's so stupid how they just can't see things on the long run.
