The only thing Conor can improve, IMO, is his talking speed. Mourinho talks a bit slower (which is normal since English isn't his first language). But other than, Conor's impression is really on point.
It's also a Portuguese (the language, not the people, although they certainly do it) habit. When you want your speak to have weight, you slow down and let your words echo a bit.
I'm a Finn ((🇫🇮)so I'm pretty much unbiased) and I actually watched the UEFA Champions League Final 2004 in a Intensive Care Unit (I was in a good place considering that I was still in the ICU) so I pretty much had to beg and make deals with the nurses in there but I really liked how FC Porto had fought their way to the final against the AC Monaco and knowing nothing about Jose Mourinho I bet small amount of money for them and I believe they won 3-0 and I looked so much down on everyone who said that 2 of the best teams were not in the final. I thought that the Champions that year had truly shown that they were the best club team in Europe and I thought that they also played the most enjoyable winning game I had ever seen in the UCL and the manager of that team was Jose Mourinho. That's the season he made his bones and I don't say he's the best manager of all times but I am saying that he didn't get there by accident and as good or as bad he is, he worked his way up. I actually don't know that much about him but when you win something that big you've done a lot of things right and you've definitely worked hard so no matter how great or scummy person he is I tip my hat to him. Well done, sir Mourinho 👍

If you talking about the game, the developers are kinda lazy actually cos you should be able to mark certain strikers, and there is no such thing as indirect freekicks, they still use the old away rule to eliminate teams, etc and the speeds of the players do not show when they run. Like a player with speed 120, running at same speed with defender of 65, nah.
