- Oliver was getting bored with his kibble, so we decided to try a new brand of freeze-dried, grain-free puppy food called Sojos. You mix it with boiling water, wait five minutes, and then it's ready. What could possibly go wrong?

I agree, our Beagle would NEVER do that - although she is generally good but food is her weakness!
Lmao it’s because people spoil their dogs or fall victim to the cuteness of their dogs (same thing as spoiling them 😂) You usually have to train them into being obedient. 😂
My beagle does the same thing but hes not well behaved lol, only listens to me when there is food involved

IN WHICH SECOND HE IS PATIENT ? TELL ME. All I see in this movie is a dog being far far away from being patient.
This video spoke to me on a spiritual level. This is exactly what I go through with Elliot (except there are no captions- I do both parts of the conversation out loud because I'm a crazy dog mom). But Elliot has extreme food allergies and breaks out in hives if she eats regular dog food, so I make her food in a crock pot and sprinkle kibble from the vet on top. She is BESIDE HERSELF for the 45 seconds it takes to microwave each time I reheat it. I don't think she could physically do five minutes.
And the crying! Oliver and Elliot are such weepy beagles. But how can we blame them? It's so hard being a beagle!
