That's a good idea. 2 reviews per side and if you are wrong you loose it, so sides don't take chances. As it is the game is often referred up by the on field team so wouldn't waste more time. Worth a trial.

To be fair to Wiese he probably thought the Boks were getting penalised so thought he might as well get a bit rough its already an All Black penalty. Cos when you look at the ruck it looks like PSDT is playing the ball with his hands after a ruck is formed and the ball is squirting out. He was probably shocked that the penalty was actually first given to the Boks!

Definitely late but my educated guess is that Wiese did not hear the whistle. Big question is, how many times do the AB’s take out players in a ruck and tackle players beyond the ball line? The ref just seem to be in on getting all the attention on himself during the game.
@TASanalytics I respect your channel, but you calling that a cheap shot is so disrespectful to all and any player this can and has happened too...Wiese was commited to that tackle and if you look closly him already being in mommentum and the whistle blowing are just split seconds apart, its like trapping brakes a split second too late and a vehicle collusion occurs!!...
I'm Sorry but Wiese has a history of doing stuff like this and diving into rucks with no arms. So He does not earn the benefit of the doubt. Also, it clearly seems that all the players around him heard the whistle. So I just can't give him the benefit of the doubt in this situation.
