Philadelphia organization needs to shut Embid down. Embid probably feels pressured to play because every post-season he's hurt, that is why the organization needs to step in and protect the player
Right
How does NO ONE see Jrue pushed Caleb in the back?!?!
That's what I saw too.
Knick fan here- Embiid go ahead and shut it down bro. No reason to risk more injuries. We'll go to the ECF for you.
Like not even trying to be mean. Mitchell Robinson looks healthy now, it's really not worth it. Mitch healthy is probably his toughest assignment right now. Whole game changed when we took out IHart for Mitch. Only reason he tried that dunk was Mitch
Nah 70% Joel still enough to beat the Knicks.
@@SPACEKNOCKERZ76so he wasn’t even 70% on Saturday?
@@SPACEKNOCKERZ76😂😂😂 you gon’ be watching Knicks play in 2nd round from your couch like Embiid
@@SPACEKNOCKERZ76 Considering the Sixers were getting destroyed in the 2nd Quarter before Embiid got injured I would guess no
You can literally see Jrue push Caleb into Jason's landing area at 3:49
Not a dirty play.
1000 percent agreed, I didn't even see that
It look like he was running and jrue tried to grab him 💯 I ain’t see no push
@@rhgaming2217 that's because you're a blind idiot
All of media picked Indiana and they got dog walked in game 1 without the best player in the league 😂
You right.
Apparently they fo got about Big Game Dame hun🤷🏿
Giannis best player in the league? lol
*2nd best player in the league
And anything can happen the next. Not much carry over between games.
@@m.d8943 yes
Ayo wait Jrue pushed CALEB into Tatum😂😂😂
Exactly 😂
Yeah you are right. Looks like he was trying to prevent an easy tip back and it did keep Caleb from being able to go up. I don't think that was on purpose at all
Yeah except you push a kid on a swing harder than that. He lightly grazed him Martin is a full grown man. The “push” was so soft Caleb Martin told reporters he didn’t get pushed.
@@Toucansam46 it completely changed his direction and kept him from being able to jump. Stop it.
@@rawbebaba funny because he did jump. He turned his body and jumped backwards into Tatum’s body never even made a play at the ball. But clearly you know more than the player who was allegedly “pushed”
Embiid should have taken MONTHS more off to totally heal instead of trying to hold up a team that WILL NOT get past the 1st round anyways smdh.
Nah he needs to play.
Talking to early.. series just started..
@@tsleeziii4435 even if the 76ers win this series what chance do they have next round? The 76ers team is not good it’s just the Embiid and Maxey show and if Embiid can’t get past the 2nd round when he’s healthy how can he do it on 1 leg?
No matter what people would hate his decision
I think it's half well he's injured go sit him
And half he's always injured and we're paying him. Play him
The Knicks blew out by 36 the Sixers during the season with a healthy Embiid present. Nobody wants to hear these excuses. The Knicks are also not healthy they are missing an All NBA player in Julius Randle.
The Knicks are the better team and thats who wins in the playoffs the better team not the team with the best player.
The pacers "adjustments" was to literally double n triple team dame. They can't afford to do that for a whole series with the offensive firepower the bucks have. Keep the same energy y'all have had about the bucks all season vs the pacers, if the bucks sweep the pacers n giannis comes back healthy goin into the 2nd round look out
Every NBA team without there star player is cooking except the heat 🤣
except the heat
Their* and the heat got dominated 😂
Y is that funny?
Ok? What’s your point?
The Heat were banking on having Jimmy Butler turn into Michael Jordan again, and don't have a legit co-star that can act as a first option
No we’re not about to give Haliburton excuses now after all that praise yall were heaping on them
Thank you said exactly what I was about to say
Ppl was saying this before the playoffs even started 😂
@@730FlightRisk Who? Every Buck/Pacers preview I’ve seen has not mentioned anything about Haliburton not being the same player. They said it post all star break but not in regards to the series
Pacers are so overrated. Haliburton isn't a real #1 option.
WHO keeps putting CALL CENTER HOLD MUSIC on this show during the game clips?
*please staaaaahp
Lmao how about the fact that holiday pushed martin
Embiid trying to play in the Olympics is the worst idea ever an NBA superstar can make.
He knows it’s probably the only way he will ever win a championship
76ers risking Embid for no reason, even if they beat the Knicks they not making past the second round
Whats the point then dude gonna always be hurt and they even invited him to the olympics
You’d say that if he was healthy probably
Embiid's championship window is closed, unless he goes to a super team. He will never be enough to carry a team like Giannis did.
Need the Knicks to get the Sixers up outta here, I knew it before the series. But hearing Greeny say it just cemented it, Sixers have the built in excuse for when they lose smh. People didn’t believe the Knicks were gonna win this series and yet the Sixers have an excuse for if they lose that’s crazy
It was Jrue Holiday who pushed Martin to Tatum
The media will come up with every excuse for the 76ers "WHEN" they lose to the Knicks 🤦.
What’s the excuse?
Jrue Holiday pushed Martin which led to a change of course which then led to the collision of him and Tatum
Embiid on one leg is still better than the entire knicks franchise. Sixers were in the game with a few minutes left with a one legged Embiid.
Knicks better win game 2😂
Wanna see Embiid healthy guess we’ll see next season
People blame jokic for being slow, if jokic move like he did with lakers all season he gonna average 39ppg, 14rpg and naybe lower assist to 7apg
He's always injured. Dudes AD but we refuse to talk about it.
Embiid will never be healthy he is fragile. His championship window is closed anyway.
@@ne0n1nja247 thats all people ever talk about ,stop it
It’s very simple… Load manage his minutes
That’s the way they should load manage players
Half a game… For six minutes of the first quarter… last six minutes of the second six minutes of the third quarter and the last six minutes of the fourth
He’s on a minutes restriction so he can get into the game be effective and still rest
The Bucks are beating the Pacers. Put it on record. Indiana's lack of playoff experience is a massive factor in this series, and not to mention Milwaukee wants payback for the in-season tournament, and stealing Giannis' game ball. Here's another point of view. The majority of ESPN wants the Pacers to win so that the Knicks have a cakewalk path to the Eastern Conference Finals. They don't want the Bucks coming into New York in the 2nd Round and ripping their souls out. I'm looking right at you Stephen A. (If the Bucks beat the Knicks, Malika is going to bash Stephen A. about going to Milwaukee for the ECF just like in 2021)
Wow way to go out on a limb
I feel bad for Embiid…. He’s so good but just can’t catch a break with injuries
Embiid playing hurt he doing the best he can
he's right, always the next year. And next year there's going to be another new super team in the conference, another emerging stars in the league, another sub-par trade happening not improving the roster.
Mike is wrong. The sixers are not the best team with Embiid on the court. Ironically, its the Knicks with OG anunoby. 31-9 vs 21-3. 80% vs 87%
Ill rebuttal the statement of the sixers being the best team in the league. 32-8 is respectable but so is 21-3 with Og Anunouby
Lol media gotta lot of Milwaukee themed back pedaling to do.
(posted before he said it) Greeny only person I seen mentioned it.
J-Will is right, at some point you can't keep saying 'next year is our year' embiid has never been able to stay healthy so why would anyone think next year would be any different? We'll probably have a similar conversation again next year when playoffs roll around
1 + 1 = 2. Embiid + playoffs = injury
Joey trying to get fancy off the glass....but his knee is glass too🫣
Even if Embiid is fully healthy they'd have a tough time beating the Knicks because the Knicks bench was good enough to beat them at their relative best. When their starters get cooking, this is a blowout.
Bro Jrue literally shoved homie into Tatum, how bout we blame Jrue
Lmao, Jrue pushed caleb into Tatum.. Caleb's initial path was no where near Tatum
3:49
Embiid was going to score 45 on the Knicks before he got caught up and dunked the ball. He came back out to be a decoy and to shoot some open shots because he can still shoot and draw fouls. That's probably the only way he can be on the court as a decoy/shooter for Sixers in this series.
Pacers better be careful lmaoo
only greenberg see what jrue holliday did, this two guys need to put some glasses🤣
3:50 Dirty play from Jrue Holiday?
Playoffs are a different beast. You can't do it alone.
Embiid is basically a noone in the playoffs. Defenses get stingier, and his performances show it.
A great player is usually defined as an elite player who matches their regular season stats or exceeds them in the playoffs.
Embiid can't and he is overrated....his game has elements of attractiveness, but once playoffs come and the pressure comes, an injury prone player like Embiid can't meet the expectations.
Embiid is risking losing next season just to make Philly fans have a little hope to maybe get into the 2nd round, if he tears something and misses next year then his prime is 100% over at 32. Get him right, get him on the Jokic line of play in the regular season but stay healthy for the playoffs, and hope he doesn't flop to the hardwood that causes most of his injuries.(thats the difference between them Jokic can win by passing and not exerting himself, Philly has to have Embiid go all out now that Maxey is his costar)
Embiid gots to play. With his injury risk even if he's not at his peak tomorrow is not guaranteed. He can't wait.
Ready for the Knicks to get the Sixers up out of here so the media can stop making excuses for why the Sixers lost just like they do every single year. Embiid is made of glass, he will let you down just like he does every year.
Caleb Martin literally gets pushed forward and his momentum led him to where Tatum was landing. Just an accident
Players like Embid need to get booted out the NBA no matter how good they are for the 50games they play or just pay them for the games they actually play in, and see these players starting to play all 82games.
so nobody saw Jrue Holiday pushing Caleb Martin into Jason Tatum?
I'm just a fan.. but it is now at the point where Embiid, has ran out of excuses,, he no longer can hide behind Ben Simmons, or Doc Rivers, Or his injuries.. He has been on the floor for everyone of the 76er's playoff series loss. he never is healthy at playoff time. A losing product of the trust the process, which is a losing process.
Isolation basketball is dumb, inefficient, and boring to watch. Mavs will not succeed doing it. Teams that play team basketball like the 80s Celtics and Lakers, 2010s Warriors, and current Nuggets, are a blast to watch and are all time great teams.
Did he say Minnesota
No ask why was Tatum and Brown still in the game????
Jrue Holiday quite literally pushed Caleb into Tatum lol
Bruh as a human being, let Embiid get the rest he needs. Sixers got him running on fumes and he gonna end up like Derrick Rose.
Jrue holiday fully pushed him into Tatum😭
OKC and Twolves have the best chance of taking out Denver. Let's hope those two matchups come up because it's gonna be hella boring if it's gonna be the other teams challenging denver. Denver owns everybody except OKC and Minnesota
hes watching the ball? thats your excuse?🤣 his eyes can be anywhere else while hes running into a player to make it look accidental dummy
He’s get trashed no matter his decision. Anyone else would get props for playing through pain. And tryna keep his team alive.
I guess you really aren't looking, not only was he looking at the ball, jrue shoved him...and yall analysis?
Embiid wants people to know that his injured, like brother they not gonna feel bad for you if you lose. Go dominate
Embiid gets treated with kids gloves. He’s your #2 player at best in a championship team
I know man. That’s why I recommend that they give him a cortisone shot🫵🏿
@@MeBihhhh same with AD then
@@kaysheye7784 obvious with AD aka Mr glass 😂 when has AD ever competed for a chip when he was the main guy?
Y’all just log onto an app and leave your brain behind 😂
The Bucks are beating the Pacers in 7. No Kawhi and the Clippers won that’s a little warning sign to the Mavs. I still have the Mavs winning the series. Embiid has always been in a disappointment in the playoffs that’s why he chokes every time the Knicks beating the 76ers in 6 possibly in 5
That knee can’t hold up and the Sixers have 0 shot without him
They should call Embiid "Mr Glass" at this point
We were up 5 when he got hurt. Put some respect on the Knicks name
Alan Hahn would've kept spewing nonsense if Jay hadn't checked him.
Jrue pushed Caleb into JT, no?
0:33 because middleton lopez and bobby portis exist and will cook you
Jrue pushed Caleb into Tatum
Holiday pushed Martin before he got into Tatum
No one acknowledging jrue holidays push into Tatum
Go home time and rest that leg because no matter what the 76ers do they are not beating the knicks and he and the team run the risk of making it worser .come back strong next year with ja morant was my advice that felll on dumb and deaf ears 💯
Ok. Let us know when you are here. We have new keys
Not only look at his eyes. Jrue f pushed him.😅
Embiid will NEVER win a ring w his playstyle
Idk if I agree with that but something definitely needs to change
Embiid needs to go to a jokic type play style.
Embiid’s playstyle is fine, he’s an amazing player. It’s his health that’s worrisome
Holiday Cleary pushed him
Are they blind? Holiday pushed him to Tatum😂
It look like jrue tried grabbing Caleb he ain’t push him 💯💯
Jrue Holiday literally two hand shoves martin into tatum.
Alan Han Knicks represent!
This could ruin team USA chances of gold
Alex Hahn is on his knees praying the Knicks don’t see the bucks that’s why he acting like pacers are real threats
lol I would love to see Knicks vs bucks
I think it’s go-home and rest his knee for Embiid.
Isn't Embiid injured?
At this point. Force him to play injured because he’s never healthy
Joel took the street cloths title
No… Embiid gets real injuries & still plays. AD gets a sore back & misses 5 games. That’s the difference
Maybe it's time to change narratives about AD being fragile, it's Joel now lol. If he keeps getting injuries, his career narratives will be full of it
Embiid can barely go how can he go and get it
Caleb pushed by holiday
Embiid will never be healthy for a full season nevermind the playoffs. The older he gets the more he’s gonna get injured. If I was the sixers I would try and move him now
knicks in 4, 76ers are all beat up
YeZZZeRRR
No dog in the fight here but Is everyone missing that holiday pushed him into Tatum?
Free Embiid
Did these guys even watch the replay? He was pushed. 😂
Embiid literally missed the first two years of his career bc of injuries. He’s not going to magically become a healthy durable player. I believe his championship window has closed, at least on my favorite team smh.
Knicks in 5 shut up
Why didn’t Caleb acknowledge that he was pushed then? In the post game he said that he hit him pretty hard. Not one mention of Jrue.
He didn’t know who pushed him he was looking at the ball for a box out rebound
@@will2358 I’m sure he seen the replay
For the idiots, Jrue did not push Caleb into Tatum
Jrue attempted to hold Caleb to box him out and Caleb instead darted at Tatum to hip check him while he was airborne
The fact that a dirty team in the Heat makes excuses for an inexcusable DIRTY play is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. This is the same team that caused Julius Randle to be out for the season for a shoulder injury
All that may be very well and true about Julius Randle’s injury but the situations are not the same.
😂😂😂 Us idiots can clearly see in the replay, especially from the sky view, Jrue pushed Caleb Martin. Not a hold.
3:51 shows it clear as day with no signs of rain.
You’re kidding right??
Fear the bucks.
Martin's foul was intentional no matter anyway it's sliced. Last season in game 7, the Heat knew what it meant with Tatum out. So, they trying to do it early. Martin barged into him straight up, didn't even try to go for the ball
Reasons why Embiid struggles in the playoffs
1. Playing below your size and settling for jumpers (as he was a forward or shooting guard)
2. Not having a go to reliable effective move offensively (like Jokic, Olajuwon or Kareem)
3) the game in the playoffs is way more physical than in the regular season where defenders can hold you and grab you.
4) the game is reffed differently, less superstar calls and free throws, a skill that Embiid has mastered beyond other superstars.
4. Opposing teams scheme for you and scout your weaknesses unlike in the regular season. You aren't forced into your worse tendencies in a regular season game.
5. Every possession matters in the playoffs and your mistakes are exacerbated. The margins for error are tinier.
6. Pressure, nervousness are real in the NBA. The playoffs are not like NBA 2k where players perform like in the regular season.
Joel Embiid and Houston James Harden are very similar players in the sense that they are unstoppable scoring machines in the regular season.
In the playoffs their game is easy to pick apart with physical defense and less free throw reliance.
