For anyone not familiar with Ed and why he's important. In SF4 in Balrog's (Boxer) arcade mode ending, he defected from Shadaloo and took one of M.Bison's transfer bodies with him. At the time M.Bison was dying and his plan to live forever was to transfer his conciousness into a new host. The project created a couple of playable characters, Seth, Abel, Ed and Falke. Falke and Ed are the only two that actually had Psycho Powers. So, where it stands in SF6, Ed and JP are the only people with Psycho Powers now -- with Falke's fate being ambigious -- but they are the two best candidates to replace M.Bison.
@@devilfacethedarklord True, in the story ending of SFV we do know that Ed has his own group but as of SF6 we don't know where Falke is, perhaps Ed's addition will let us know.
4:49 So lemme get this straight, Ms. A.K.I. sent the letter to her master F.A.N.G. to talking abou----- HOLD UP! OK, Street Fighter 6 A.K.I. debut as a new fighter from DLC right? And F.A.N.G. returns from Street Fighter 5. But this means that JP is using Ed to helping 'Neo-Shadaloo experiment subjects' in A.K.I.'s story! So that's what happened! I can't wait to see the return of Ed next year of a new year of a Winter! That's another story of Street Fighter 6! I'll give y'all a thumbs up!😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍
i cant wait to see what is ed's role for this game. its looking like hes on his own journey and im curious if balrog and vega have any involvements with neo shadaloo or with JP
How do you think Ed would fit into SF6's story? Would be interesting to hear his side of this conflict and whether or not he is aware of the events of Shadoloo's remnants
Unlikely that Shadaloo or Bison are actually ever coming back. Though since they are remnants of Shadaloo, they'd try whatever to ensure Shadaloo is brought back. That said though I feel at this point the remnants are simply being manipulated by JP for his own gains, seeing as how even F.A.N.G. was caught unawares of JP's plan, as well as the remnants only seeing JP as a treasurer while priming Ed up as the candidate for Shadaloo's new head honcho, despite JP being the one pulling all the strings
No. Many people forgot or don't know yet but SF6 is after the events of SF3 (tip, 10 years later) and this is Gill era! M.Bison is dead for good he won't return
@@EijiShinjo48 SF6 is no longer part of the Illuminati Saga (aka Gill era) but is the beginning of the Nayshall Saga where JP is the main antagonist. PS: I feel that SF7 would turn out as another INTERQUEL bridging the gap in between the Illuminati and Nayshall Sagas.
The thing is Fang wants his bf back so bad he’s convincing people it is actually possible, like the man never bursted into a ball of nothingness right before his eyes
@torestrictivefan8336 true but i have to assume that ed's power is more stronger than theirs. I like to think that when ed comes out, a lot will be shown as to why jp wants him more
Fang ranting about Rashid is all the better when the avatar right in front of him has been playing drone filming sessions with the guy.
The Avatar sure loves all the gossips
I never thought FANG would return, only as an NPC.
I think Ed is really powerful now since everyone wants to recruit him

I haven’t played Street Fighter in years but weren’t Juri and Juli replacement bodies too during Alpha 3? Just curious to know. Nick
Even years couldn't quench F.A.N.G's hatred towards Rashid.
so hes actually looking into jp and ed. not to mention that ed is becoming a big part for whatever is going on so far
ed is going to be a big time character for this game. he is now that important for street fighter with all neo shadaloo wanting him to be in
i now wanna see jp and fang fight against each other cause so far all of this is leading up to m.bison potentially coming back
Not possible without his soul in tact. That's why he cracked and faded away when Ryu beat him in the sfv story
We see him try to possess Ed after SFV's main story, he doesn't seem to be entirely gone.
He purposely chose Ed as his future "vessel"...as long as paycho power is around Bison can always come back

Given the fact that it was Neo Shadloo who modified Bosch with Psycho power, I wonder if Ed will mention it.
Is FANG coming back
Damn fang you look better already
could Bison come back through Ed or will Ed conquer the psycho power and keep his self in check? Find out in the next episode

his grand return? are they teasing of m.bison coming back?

Ed 2024 game
Why Ed is so important all of a sudden?
Considering jp has psycho power and ed bei g a former vessel asset, and carrier of that power, it's looking like a power supply hold for him.
