But, instead, we have Hürrem invoking what's a hallmark of her parenting-outright refusing and even scolding her children for involving themselves in dynasty matters on her behalf.

Ibrahim hated her because Sulemon loved her more than anyone else. She did not let him use her as a tool to spy on and manipulate Sulemon. She also hated that the Sultan loved and protected Hurrem. (Most of the time) She liked the rest of the women, who needed to think that they were special to Sulemon because through him, they had power. The real thing that bothered them all was Hurrem held the top spot in Sulemon's heart and therefore had the power. But also that she went on to develop power on her own through her charity works, wealth, and networks. She never leveraged her children for power other than the tep times when she married her daughter to Rustem to save her sons and when she gave birth to sons.
No woman can come between Hurrem and Suleiman😂and I think Suleiman tolerates whatever Hurrem is doing to all his favorite concubines because whenever a concubine is missing or beaten as per instruction of Hurrem Suleiman never gets mad and never send Ibrahim to investigate but if its Hurrem who is in trouble he will instruct Ibrahim and will shout angrily to investigate on what had happened and who have done wrong to Hurrem😂

She taught her kids to navigate the harem and build connections and power in a place where any day all you love can turn against you. minimal had the world in her hand through her father.
