Gautam, you are a real hero of mine. Let me tell you, you have made Charlie proud (the best thing you can do is to help another human being know more). You, Warren, Charlie and all the great value investors taught me about life. Investing is only secondary consideration for me.
I remember the story you told about going to the book store in the rain just to read that last chapter of Alice Schroeder's book. Thank you, sir

Being a student of religion I can honestly say I wasted my precious 20 years. I wish I came across his book during my college years. How much life could have been different financially and spiritually. Definitely a Bible to refer till you die. Thank you Gautam from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks glad you liked the video.
Indeed the way Gautam has explained the philosophy and the journey of self discovery is quite inspiring. Also immediately after the point you mentioned, he talks about the most simple way to keep noise out of our life and investment portfolio, has been favourite for many of our subscribers.

How can common man can smell the bad company activity like destroyers???

If you are referring to bad companies or fraudulent activities, you can research and understand the companies deeply, examine its financial statements particuarly balance sheet and cash flow statements to see if things makes sense particularly on their cash flow movements, do some ground research like scuttlebutt, examine management incentive including compensation and how they treat shareholders and disclose information truthfully by reading the company filings and also listening to their earnings call, management interviews, etc
