yeah 100% if someone gives you an engagement ring and then the engagement is broken off, you should give back the ring. It's definitely conditional and pretty much stealing if you keep it, not to mention a little weird haha
In one playthrough I wasn’t able to convince the guy to give it to me and I was definitely confused AF. As a married man myself, I would NOT want a ring from someone cheating on me lol
@@Senpatriarch Aww, that's awesome! Does your wife also like video games? I'm married too. My husband likes to play CSGO and online games like WWII games, but he also plays single player like CP2077. He's played Starfield but didn't like it unfortuantely.
@RachelLouren28 She’s a bigger fan of board games, but she doesn’t mind me playing lol 😂 your hubbie has fine taste, SF isn’t for everyone but it can really hit for those who like it lol
@@Senpatriarch Ah okay, my sister is like that. The only game I could get her to play is The Sims 4 which is like a virtual dollhouse game. But board games are fun! For Christmas, we all played Settlers of Catan, it was hilarious
@RachelLouren28 Catan is what got her and her roommates thru COVID lol! We play it often and a couple others too. I’ll have to ask wifey if she’d want to play sims
Okay, I want the extra credit. Tell us about your scifi book. On a side note, I'm also a writer, but my ambitions have really only led me to writing fanfiction (I know... cringe haha)
Hey any writing is practice! I think I did some fanfic too when I was younger, it’s natural to want to write a story using characters you know and love! As for mine, I had an idea for a big series set in a post-cataclysmic scenario where most species have been separated from home worlds and larger populations for a few dozen years. The main character would be a free lance merc who slowly grows a crew and after becoming detached from where he started, begins to fall into some of the same pitfalls as previous villains, ultimately sacrificing himself to stop an evil he unleashed. Before I got to THAT though, I wanted to explore the cataclysm and while I have a rough draft that was complete, I faltered on the second draft and I’ve been wishy washy on continuing it lol. Extra credit earned, good noodle!
@@Senpatriarch Keep writing! I think first drafts are never supposed to be good. But yeah in this day and age distractions are pretty much everywhere with social media and internet. I basically have to turn off my internet and devout 1 or 2 hours a day to just write. Once I get into it, I just love it so much. That's mainly why I take long breaks from YT. I'll post a lot when I'm in the mood to game and record, but then I'll disappear for a while and write write write haha
@@RachelLouren28 That's a good way to do things! Tuning it all out is tough sometimes, but doing it is definitely beneficial to the process lol. I need to really focus and just start writing again!!
Lol the Bounty Defender is trying to fatten you up so you're the biggest turkey possible on Thanksgiving day haha
It would be way nicer if they were just trying to be friends lol
5:50 I think this is the nicest New Atlantis has ever looked. The morning sunrise is extra purrty.
Right?! Sometimes this game blows me away
20:47 Wes is like the "Nomad" life path from cyberpunk but this is teh Starfield version, he lives on the road/ star traveller!
As Barrett likes to say, “It’s a great big Starfield out there!”
Lol Noel wants those cookies! Anyway, great episode I look forward to more!
Thank you, I appreciate it! Cooking up some more for next week, we got a lot to cover lol
11:05 holy shit haha why is the glass broken? IT's like.. hey, here's an amazing elevator, but it's also a carnival ride trying to freak you out haha
Seriously! The first time I rode it when I was checking out the mod I actually jumped lol, totally thought it was breaking on me
@@Senpatriarch I'll look for those mods!!

I love chunks, they are so weird!
I can’t ever get the “CHUNKS CHUNKS CHUNKS” advertisement out of my head lol
