@@stanleybenz I'm afraid with the Canva Match & Move tool, if you change and image or text, the animation no loinger works, so it's a little tricky to share these Templates. BUT I am working on some that should be easier to customize :)

I most certainly like to see more of this kind of video.🙏🏾 One aspect of all those more or less fancy tools and methods we encounter demands a lot of trial and error before one grasps what they are good for. It takes even more time before one knows how they can be utilised in different ways that suit one's needs and profile. With your help, I have reduced all of the hurdles mentioned above and can efficiently use these tools and methods in my creative processes. We all know speed is of the essence so THANK YOU! Please give us more! 🙏🏾 👍🏾🙂
Yes, this is fantastic. I had no idea that this could be done in Canva. I have watched so many Canva teaching videos but nothing at all like this!!! I am happy to have found your channel.
You are incredible! the quality of the work that you procude is on the level of a Nationalwide Tv Ad!!! The problem is that most of us lesser folks cant produce this level of art. Are there any ready made templates with texts animations etc that are ready to use out of the box?
Thank you again for a great informative video. Love to use Canva for videos for my Etsy shop and Pinterest. Love you broke down what looked like a complex animation into understandable steps which anyone can do. You are appreciated and of course would greatly appreciate any other videos and Canva hacks you give us. Thanks 🌈

Oh wow - I really love this design. The instructions were nice and clear - I watched this and was able to duplicate it, so that is awesome. It looks amazing. The three up / two down motion was very difficult for me to accomplish, for some reason. I had to figure out how to get it to happen, but I DID and I as sooooo happy with myself! LOL. I made some very slight changes because mine doesn't involve food. I just finished creating a series of hand drawn coloring books (using assets from Unsplash, et al) and I think this might be the perfect way to showcase them. I tried recreating your other template where you have the 5 products with this same scatter effect, but got stuck there. I then read the comments on that vid and you said to check out THIS vid if we wanted more info on the match and move. And THIS is where I learned how to create the desired effect. WOO HOO!! Earned a sub!!! THANK YOU!
Your course is great, I have been able to clean up and organise myself better with the first few lessons. This video is really useful, and inspirational as just to come up with ideas for this non-designer is a challenge. More like this please, I appreciate your well paced, clear and simple explanations. Hola, Wayne. Me gustó mucho tu video. Hay herramientas de Canva muy buenas y veo que no les estoy sacando provecho. Me encantaría aprender más sobre el uso potencial de Match & Move.
Thanks so much for this inspiring video! I would love to see more content from you and since you asked for suggestions: I would like to see how you would create flipping a design from front to back. For example promoting an invitation showing the front first and then the backside. And even more advanced: invitations that can be opened showing front - back - inside. I tink that would make an interesting subject.
Great, We learn a lot from this and other videos of your channels Thanks a lot and hope we have more tutorials for animations and other things in Canva, waiting for more fun and tutorials. 👍😍
Because the match & move animation requires the identical element on both slides, in a template if you changed any words to your own, it would 'disable' the animation...so it can be a little tricky. I'm working on some wayts to make it easier tho. I'll let everyone know via my newsletter (www.createdbywayne.com/newsletter) when I have some available.
This video was very helpful. And yes please, more on using animations would be awesome. Question: when you put graphics on this video (for example at 10:07 and 10:27) did you use Canva to make them or another app?
Those I added in Adobe Premiere Pro...I've been using it for years so I have a library of those have created and collected, so it's quick for me to do that. But you can create similar ones in Canva just using things like the 'Pop' and 'Baseline' animations to create some very cool graphics.

Amazing videos I found this to be a real help. I use Canva pro to create images for my business but I’ve always struggled to bring them to life. This is just what I need right now to make my product videos pop. Thank you so much Clare asked are you based in the UK?
Thank you Wayne. Something that I would love to have some clarification on is, How did you arrange and distribute the food images on the circular rotating ring? I am using your design concept for a photographer's promo that has ten circular images. Align and distribute does not help. Best regards, Richard.
In this example I just did it by eye, but what I would suggest is use 5 lines that cross the circle from side to side as guides. Use the align and distribute to centre those on the circle so there are 10 end points on the circle. Then position your elements one at each point, and then delete the lines when you're done. It's not ideal, but it's a quick cheat :)
Maybe get a simulated font transition by using duplicate text elements with desired fonts. Move both in same way and adjust transparency on the first to reveal the second. I'll have to have a little play now and see!!
LOL..I'm sorry 😛 The match & move animation can be tricky as it is removed if you swamp different images in, so sometimes it's not easy to share the more complex templates! I'm sure you can create a beautiful version yourself tho! 🖤

That is just a part of how the 'Baseline' animation works that I added to those text boxes.
It's "transition", not "trancision".
