Also they said he likely jacked the other dude, after jumping on his hood & breaking his windshield And if he did do that, it's quite a distance from Lakeshore, where the jacked car was left, to where he was on 880, when he was caught on dashcam. Not saying he couldn't cover the distance, but given the distance, it's unlikely he wouldn't have encountered a cop.

But because he had to deal with the police, the insurance, and the reporter, he couldn’t focus on his work so his boss let him take the afternoon off. That’s all he took. The news didn’t mention he only took half a day off, and I can’t believe some people assumed he had taken days and weeks off. He’s a hardworking man and I drove because he had to do work in the car. He’s working all the time! The news also didn’t mention that the guy held on to our car until the door handle broke off and we thought we ran him over. My 2 young kids witnessed everything!
