What you say is true, but another truth is they beat up bad teams for the majority of their wins and had limited success against the actual good teams. This needs to change if they want any shot in the playoffs.

Lexie has gone crazy with her defense, not to mention her 3 pointers and she passes off. CC we all know is there to win. Love KM, AB, Dantas, Temi,Wheeler is a blast to watch and can play and all that I can't recall. WIN!

Interesting that Sun’s Coach Stephanie was the former Fever’s coach. She left when Fever’s Tamika Catchings left. Not sure how coincidental that was. Coach Stephanie didn’t have to do any Fever rebuilding. Maybe she didn’t want to. Sun has some very good vet players. We will see how the W unfolds. 👍
20-22 is a good season for the Fever. They did good. CC gave the WNBA hope that they could be a relevant professional sports organization. And they repaid her with spite, hatred, and vitriol. My interest in the WNBA ends with the Fever's last game in 2024. It's been a fun and perplexing experience, but it's been worth it for the most part.

I'm excited. Never did I imagine that a day would come where I would be more interested in a WNBA playoff game than an NFL game. They are a fun team to watch though and I really enjoy the entire team and watching them grow this season.

In previous interviews, Caitlin and Kelsey both hinted that they're ready to drive for going all the way. And I believe both have the fire in the belly to do it. Coach Sides is talking about 3 years before they take the championship. She'd better buckle up because her two top players have their eyes on winning the prize THIS year! I do believe this team has the talent needed to win the whole thing. But it requires EVERY player to bring the thunder and pursue the common goal. And that means the coach needs to believe in the team and help every player find the motivation and confidence to pull it off.
Playing good perimeter defense, making free throws, & converting easy layups is just as vital. They need to stay focused and play with energy and hustle as they'll be up against the refs and tough physicality from the Sun.
Over the past month, I've noticed something about coach Sides. She can actually smile during an interview. She didn't get much of that during the first 20 games. Just maybe, she isn't the worst coach in the league. Just maybe she doesn't have to be fired. Just maybe - The Fever players have been through a lot this year. Coach Sides took the brunt of criticism many times. During all of it, I never saw her or the players crack at the tough questions. This is showing to be a competitive team and a class organization.
Coach SIdes, PLEASE work on AB and Smith boxing out to keep the Suns from getting offensive boards. If they execute offensive screens and make majority of mid shots and free-throws- it's a win.
The Fever needs Victaria Saxton to start. After watching her play against the Mystics, I thought ... where has she been this entire season. She was great! So was Berger and the rest of the second squad.

Drawing fouls might become part of the game. Then, scoring at the foul line. Steals will help. They might play quicker defense, right away on the ball. Maybe, less time to look for a pass. I think Sun will try to get extra points by trying to draw fouls. Maybe, early in the game.
Truth. CC is the best thing that has and will continue to ever happen to the WNBA. She has brought a following unmatched by anyone in any sport and has revitalized the WNBA. CC has brought attention to this sport that I had never watched before CC, following her college record setting years, the WNBA draft, and now watching her and yes others play this game. Ride the ship ladies, the WNBA is on an on going wave into the future. Bringing much more to this league than ever imagined by any WNBA executives and players. Bringing notoriety to others who play in the WNBA or College that I have never watched before. Wilson,Plummer, the Aces, The Lynx and there stud players, college players, all the stars/players and exciting games with much larger crowds and tv exposure. The up and comers in the future drafts, etc. Yes some jealousy and tough shots at CC have come with this, but unfortunately that happens everywhere when you become popular. Certain college coaches and past WNBA players showing more than just jealousy, because one did not have CC as a player and the other just shows no love because of CC’s success as a player overshadows hers. CC is the real deal peeps take it or leave it and if you think your negativity toward her bothers her, think again, it just adds fuel to her fire. Also CC does not need the phrase “The Goat”‘when she has the title “Best College” woman’s Player ever. Stats do not lie, broken records tell it all. Her unselfish play and modesty are her strength and the hard work she puts into enhancing her own skill set to best fit into her teams needs, by far goes a long long way in her continued success. Having watched CC throughout her college career, I am really excited to see them in the playoffs.
