As 7-8 year old, Bow Wow was the best thing since sliced bread or Pokémon cards LOL
I love what he did for us during that time and his longevity was great. Once I turned 13/14, I kind of grew out of it but he still dropped some decent songs and a couple bangers.

As someone with a Master’s Degree, what celebs eat don’t make me shit.
Probably because you wasted time and money going to school only to get the same job you could have got straight out of highschool lol. This is why information is important. Depending on what you actually want to do college may be a waste of time. Again it depends on what you actually want to do with you're life

why would that matter to you? Your degree actually earns you more pay and positions and rights as in some being able to lead or give out medication. Honorary anything shouldn't impact anyone with the real version like worry about yourself

I have four degrees and have taught doctors at the graduate level. It takes on average 6-7 years to get a real doctorate and it's a hellish endeavor of perseverance for most.
Honorary degrees mean next to nothing and it is insulting that they exist at all. It would be one thing if they gave you an undergrad degree. It's the doctorate that is insulting.
The fact that CTG does not understand the education system or doctorates highlights why he should not have been given a doctorate. The criteria is usually just fame, not impact, and not success. The schools use this for fundraising, marketing, and visibility.

💯 facts. Honorary Doctorates are often awarded after a significant donation is made or they’re used to bring PR and drive fundraising initiatives. This should remind us all that the higher the education system comes down to money at the end of the day.

It takes 6 years to get a masters even longer to get a doctorates. I'm currently in school to get my masters and I already graduated with an associates and certificate for other degrees and I refuse to acknowledge anything honorary period. Work for it like I did!!!
It depends on the program. For example, you can complete your undergrad in Social Work in 3.5-4 years then take a 10 month accelerated program to earn your Master’s in Social Work. Now a doctorate in Social Work does take a little time.

Envy, don’t argue with people who have not gone to college about degrees. Charlamagne has no idea what it takes to even earn a Bachelor degree, let alone a Doctorate degree.
It literally takes 8+ years of challenging academic work (Bachelor 4, Master’s 2, Doctorate 2+).
No matter what you accomplished in the field, you didn’t earn a Doctorate unless you went to that school for 8+ years, took all the classes, tests, wrote and defended your thesis.
Schools need to stop clout chasing by giving out fake Doctorate degrees. It diminishes the value of the school and the degree.
