Smart idea to own a tiny house like a condo "sakto lang".minimalist, less expensive to maintain instead of renting a hotel, airbnb . Ground floor can be converted into office as well. Advantage of house and lot the value is appraising than Condo depreciating. Thanks for sharing❤

Your 2nd floor bathroom is dark. White would make it look more spacious but gets dirtied easier. I wonder if u have exhaust fans in both of your bathrooms. Putting up a steel door vis a vis aluminum door on your front door with half opened space and screen will give your sala more air circulation. Just dunno if your subdivision is safe enough for those windows especially at ground level to be w/o iron grills. Did I hear u will use aircon at ground level? Still a double door at the entrance is safer compared to having a single door. Just saying.
Talking from experience, being a senior citizen myself, maybe you can add one more level of pallet for your lola's bed. Its hard for the elderly to get up from low beds or chairs. Hindi masasayang yung pallets later on you can recycle these for your garden.

Very nice Ave your home is a fantastic a house is always a working process I no so well have done my Son and Daughter home's i have been in the Building professionally for over 40 years my kids say to me Dad can you do this all the time and they no Dad will sort it out good luck in your future family home and all the best to You and Martin ❤
