i like how the message of the song got what it wants, people connecting physically rather than chronically online, this concerts bring people together, someday i'll afford to go to one
I was at this concert and while I was super stoked we got this, I happily would have traded it for stockholm syndrome. I think one city so far has gotten it. Regardless the concert was phenomenal
I was there so thank you for capturing this in great quality. I honestly liked this setlist and stage production more than simulation theory and drones. Still can't top when they did the pyramid thing in 2013
6:08 YEET! And before anyone gets pressed, he owns a guitar manufacturer and has invested a large amount of money into having guitars made and repaired. Also it's pretty vanilla compared to what other musicians have done on stage. In fact it's pretty vanilla compared to what he did to one of his guitars where they performed in Mexico over a month ago. Anyway excellent performance as ever.
@@ThinWhiteAxe yeah I heard about that haha. But at least it wasn't like he bit the head off a bat or harassed audience members or booted a photographer in the face. And yet, when he smashed that 1 guitar in Mexico earlier this year, some people were reacting like as if he did something terrible.
@@francescalbaines exactly! Meanwhile, one of his guitar heroes, Jimi Hendrix, literally set his guitar on fire onstage... Rock & roll ain't for the faint of heart 😂
@@bryanlopez1965 yeah honestly the setlist I got to see was basically perfect for me and my friends! They have too many good songs and not enough time to play them all 😅 but it means we, the fans, win pretty much no matter what 😎
@@ThinWhiteAxe I went to the one in houston so we got New Born, though i was hoping they'd play stockholm syndrome. Not complaining tho new born is fantastic lol. I personally think the setlist for this tour is much more solid than simulation theory. But at the end of the day muse kills it with their concerts and im glad I got to see them and happy for you as well
@@bryanlopez1965 yeah I loved seeing Stockholm Syndrome live when I saw them in 2018 at Carolina Rebellion, definitely one of the show highlights because I've spent so many hours playing that song in my bedroom, so it was really meaningful to see the guys who actually brought the song into the world playing it 😄 and of course it rocked as well. I would very much like to see it again, although, like I said the setlist we saw was practically perfect. And yeah I agree, I enjoyed this show slightly better than the Simulation Theory show I went to, but that one was a really awesome, well-choreographed and well-performed presentation too. Muse is just consistently awesome 🤗 this tour just feels more raw, while still being theatrical wonderfulness. I also feel like there's some extra zest in the band from the whole covid/hell world and not being able to do concerts thing, although maybe I'm projecting 😆
I fell asleep during the concert :( I woke up when they brought out the demon figure and was quite confused. For the parts I saw it is one of the best concerts I’ve been to.
Link it to the world Link it to yourself Stretch it like a birth squeeze The love for what you hide The bitterness inside Is growing like the new born When you've seen, seen Too much too young, young Soulless is everywhere Hopeless time to roam The distance to your home Fades away to nowhere How much are you worth? You can't come down to earth You're swelling up, you're unstoppable 'Cause you've seen, seen Too much too young, young Soulless is everywhere Destroy the spineless Show me it's real Wasting our last chance To come away Just break the silence 'Cause I'm drifting away Away from you Yeah, link it to the world Link it to yourself Stretch it like it's a birth squeeze And the love for what you hide And the bitterness inside Is growing like the new born When you've seen, seen Too much too young, young Soulless is everywhere Destroy the spineless Show me it's real Wasting our last chance To come away Just break the silence 'Cause I'm drifting away Away from you Oh, oh, woah
This song should have been in a secured spot not a rotating spot. As if anyone is going to walk away being happy they got to hear Stockholm Syndrome INSTEAD of New Born or Assassin
I could seriously watch this man play anything all day.
i was not expecting them to play new born
