I was 16 when my parents took me to Vegas.... I am 60 now... I still remember going to see Siegfried and Roy... and I am so bless my parents took us. We sat right next to the stage... all the power, magic and excitement. It was a truly magical show. I always hoped I would get back to see them again one day. Sadly, that never happened... RIP guys... you earned your rest...
The only thing I can say is that when Roy became disabled Siegfried was right there by his side till the end they were wonderful together and still are together in heaven ❤ 💙
It's very different from stopping your career of your own will and being able to say goodbye to the stage and your audience, you decide for yourself when things stop, and therefore the personal path is already established, there everything stopped extremely suddenly, with this feeling of unfinished business, I completely understand their terrible pain at not having been able to say goodbye as they would have wanted. They were so talented.... May they stay in peace ✨💙

I'm just glad Roy survived and Manticore lived to be 17 years old! The animals all lived very well, they only were put in cages for short periods of time. The rest of the time they roamed around the 100 acre estate of Siegfried & Roy. In later years however some were loaned out to Zoo's big mistake since one just died in the Zoo's care yesterday. All in All the animals had very good lives IMO
Who's cutting the onions here? People need to chill out! Roy got the tigers because he loved them. He had built a relationship with each other and no manticore wasn't killed. I think he is still alive today because of Roy's love for him no matter what. Why can't people just appreciate what they did because it was astounding. None of the animals were hurt or injured. For all we know they could have enjoyed it because they were always with their father figure, Roy.

The truth behind what happened that night is......Roy collapsed due to illness, the tiger did what big cats do......he picked up his family member and carried away to safety, biting Roy saved his life as doctors said it released to pressure that was pumping into his brain.........Keeping big cats as pets is somewhat cruel to the nature of the animal but due to far greater problem of these wild animals being hunted and killed for there TEETH, HORNS etc etc they would be gone for ever...............There are 3700 tigers left in the wild in THE WORLD now. 5000+ in captivity in USA.......if left only as wild the'd be gone in 10 years

I grew up watching them along with david copperfield and they are awesome! that being said, now that I'm a grown man I think its cruel to use those exotic cats for entertainment and money. For all you assholes that keep denying the truth....Here it is....The tiger Montecore was a trained first responder, he was rendering aid to his dearest friend until a higher level of care arrived aka ambulance, which as everyone knows early intervention with a stroke shows best survival rates. Montecore knew the accronym FAST(Face Arms Speech Time) from his advanced tiger studies .We should all be praising Montecore the tiger for saving Roy's life and not relinquishing care until the ambulance arrived!! The tiger used surgical precision to accurately puncture Roy's carotid artery to relieve the pressure from a stroke!! Tiger Montecore is a HERO and should be celebrated as such for saving his dear friend!!!! RIP Montecore....brave tiger.

Never, ever use wild animals in a circus act. First of all these beautiful, rare animals are not made for jumping through hoops. They are not made to live like dogs in a home. This was an accident waiting to happing.
