The electromechanical workhorse of the access control system requires more power than other components. A cable with heavier gauge, typically 18 AWG bare copper conductors, delivers the necessary power with minimal voltage drop.
This doesnt explain anything. Its just showing the power connections for all the components. Using this diagram the control pad has no control over the lock. There has to be so e connection between the number pad and the lock.
I want to add another RF relay to this system so that its controlled by a remote as well. How do I go about doing that. When I connect the second relay the access control system just turns off🥲. No idea what im doing wrong.
Thanks a lot, it was a very good tutorial. I AM REALLY THANK YOU!
How does 'push' work is it a dry contact?
What size cable can we use? From power supply to access control

Red color wire nc mean?
What the card reader?
That wouldn't work, you need continuous separated power for the access door.
What possible cause of the Push Button no longer work? Scanning and open the door using biometric device is Good.
