This is looking gorgeous and will be very pretty when everything gets finished. I loved how you and Lincoln were wearing similar color tops at the beginning. It is so good to see him blossoming after everything he went through. I don't drink much coffee but, when I do I like cold brew coffee. That basket that Stephen's Dad made was very pretty.

The table that got warped isn't going to improve too much, but Acrylic Clear coat Sealer is universal and you can put as many coats as you need to protect the wood. It comes in spray or paint on.
Love your patio furniture. Stephen worked so hard putting it together. He's got an eye for construction. Grandpa Miller made a beautiful hanging plant holder (Geraniums look great in those). Amanda has a real eye for decorating and putting things together. Interior decorating and pairing clothes is definitely her forte'. Good job Miller Family. ❤🎉. Love seeing Lincoln happy and healthy. 😍

Everything is looking SO good and that view is just fabulous. You might want to weight/tie down your trees that you bought or they will likely blow away during windy times. What a simply stunning home and view. I could sit on that deck/porch, looking out over the river, all day.

I get too many calls where people are saying "you should have told me" and we may have, but it's never the customer's responsibility. If the cushions get wet, set them in a dry area on an end and they should dry without a problem. Thank you for your kindness and lack of entitlement !!!

So cute love how you set the patio in the L shape to fit everyone to be able to enjoy a fire and conversation. Very cozy! I would recommend getting this stuff called "tack it" or some very strong clear double sided tape to put under all the things on the mantel so they don't blow into the next county. They use it where they have earthquakes to keep things like this but doesn't show and won't hurt the finish. Blessings!
