ashe is just bad. squishy and very low damage output (no burst abilities) no matter what and with her scarce mobility alone is just frustrating. her Q is almost never up if you dont farm costantly, her W is an ok crowd control and can initiate well but most of the time you get out traded if you push an inch too much. her E is pretty much useless and situational. the only thing people keep playing Ashe for is her fucking giant slowstun global arrow in her R. but 2 good abilities out of 4 dont make her a viable champion IMHO. Seeing Faker struggling to farm/being gankraped twice/"KSing"(not really but you get the gist he last hitted most champions that have been fucked up by others) just confirms what i always thought of her: she should be played support
Timothy Barth Bronzie Bronzie oh boy. Her w is a good poke tool in lane and in general and is part of the reason why her Laning phase is decent. Her e is global and can scout for ganks or any objectives enemies are taking or where the jungler is, especially for the early levels in which the jungler will likely come to gank. Vision is essential in this game. Not hard at all to stack her q if you have attack speed built which is 100% of games. Her q also has no cd. Runaans is a core item on her and the extra bolts will proc her q for insane multi target shred and damage. She has slows built into her kit. Her ult is global and is one of the best abilities in the game. It can stop ganks, help escape, or more importantly setup a pick or even initiate a teamfight, which most ADCs can't do. She has so much utility built into her kit it's insane, especially her amount of cc and an ability that can scout for anything, it is by far a really useful ability, only Bronzies will say it's completely useless... Especially in Season 7 where junglers can level up faster early and gank earlier. Besides all her utility, she deals a lot of damage with her q combined with Runaans which is not hard to stack at all. She deals a lot of DPS, with all that utility and damage, how op would she be if she had the BURST you are talking about? The downsides of Ashe is that she has no mobility, only tools helping her escape, and she relies on a team that can utilize and synergize with her well which is very uncommon in lower elos but also somewhat of a team comp that is focused around her. With no escapes, she can get blown up very easily, but in 2017, which ADC can't get blown up very easy? It's even become a meme, "ADC in 2017", because ADCs in general aren't very useful and strong right now and can get blown up by literally anything even the supports.
I can GARAUNTEE youre low elo. Her E is her most effective ability. Because in high elo, we actually focus on map awareness. Ashe will always be a very good adc, so long as both her passive, and E stay the same. Dumb fuck.
