What's the use of clipboard manager in Windows 10.
"Win Logo + V" opens your clipboard.
This is very similar to clipboard in Android keyboards.

and a window kindoff pops up and their all the copied things will their and you can use them by clicking (single) to use it and when u pasting that thing can at every ctrl+v will paste that thing only

And if you don't want english subtitles than which one do you want because this dude can't add 150+ language's subtitles. You to mention the language or we have to assume that you are talking about the language in which you wrote the comment. Also adding english language makes sense because majority audience understand hindi and the remaining ones will be having different different languages but english is international language so everyone should be able to understand it.

6:15 in windows 10 there is inbuilt clipboard go to settings and search clipboard and turn on the clipboard option and press windows key+v and the clipboard will appear
