    That’s good, if they like it, but gentrification of the quiet countryside will cost you in the long run. Look what’s happening on Oahu and Maui. All these “updates” and “revitalizations” have made it unaffordable for the indigenous, polynesians, and kamaaina. These modernizations have been very attractive to mainland and foreign transplants who move here. Maybe good, maybe bad, idk
