My first time playing Sekiro, looking at the health bars: “Wow, this boss does no damage and they’re almost dead!” Then there’s that sudden realization that I’ve played blood borne so much I looked at the wrong health bar
It's better for him to do the ad in the video than just loading it up with ads. This way he gets money from sponsorships (which means way more money in his pocket) and UA-cam doesn't get to dick him over.

I think that's a failure as far as the game is concerned. The Stealth player showed us how to play it right and that it's possible to not play it like Dark Souls.
In the beginning I played it a bit like dark souls for some fights. Then I started getting pretty good at it. I feel like when he fought Genichiro he finally "got it"
I think on their first playthrough, everyone is going to play it like Dark Souls with the dodging instead of the blocking until the realization hits them that timed blocks are in and dodges are out.

... The problem is that enemy tracking on many grab attacks is entirely unrealistic. Like after the giant jumps at you, he can fucking ~magically~ turn 90 degrees in the air, and grab you after you dodged twice.

LOL Indie, you play this game like I did at the start: Dark Souls with infinite stamina. If you're not gonna force me to stop sprinting then .. I'm just ... not gonna stop sprinting. It wasn't until the second fight with Genichiro that I finally started parrying and being very aggressive, which sometimes works better but is _always_ more fun.
That's why I love the first part of Sekiro so much. I was horrible at parrying so I didn't. I played Gyobu like a boss and jumped around, you obviously chase the bull, I sidestepped Butterfly every time, and I circle dashed that Ashina Elite before Genichiro. Genichiro was so skilled though that it forced me to evolve and become better at the game. I had to study his every move, learn his every pattern, and become better at him at everything. It was infuriating, but at the end, I respect that boss battle more than any other
And I quote from Indiemaus, “Is that a giant baby with a hammer? Dood, look at that ass.” Sometimes I wonder if Indie realizes the words coming out of his mouth.

@@MrMatijas16 Well yeah, English voices were the original ones in Bloodborne and Dark Souls. But I gotta say, in Sekiro it's mostly good, except for a few voices like Kuro-sama for example. At least in my opinion.
It really varies for me depending on the character but it kinda bothered me that they used the same voice for kuro and the other divine child (they had different voice actors for the japanese one). At the very least, make the voices sound at least a little different. On another note, the english voice for the Basket Man was phenomenal

So the armored warrior is more like the weakest boss in the game, because he doesn’t die with a Senobi execution. He dies by fall damage and many bosses can hit you with enough strength. Also the monkeys could be a little OP Because you has to kill a invisible one and they can spam terror. We can count terror as an 1 shot kill asswel to the bosses? We have a good amount of problems here to determinate the most powerful Boss

Indie you’re great I love your videos but then to have a fighting cowboy reference 🤯 I just finished sekiero this year probably one of my favorite games. Anyhow your content is GREAT I wish it was more frequent but I understand the grind.
Sekiro is one of those games where the saying "Get Good" is truly applicable. You go from getting your shit pushed in over and over again until you finally know the boss' attacks and how to counter them, and getting that perfect hitless run.
