From a man who has run the course 148 times, Sewerby is definitely one of the most stunning and, as the 23 minute pacer, totally agree that the volunteers are excellent! Thanks! Check out Dalby Forest if you haven't run it already!
This place looks lovely, looking forward to the school holidays and will be heading that way for a family weekend I think. Was nice to briefly bump into you at Up & Running the other night, hope you enjoyed it. Thanks for another great video, and good luck with your training!
Thanks Chris! Great to bump into you too, we managed to get all the weather in one evening. Not long until the school holidays now.. 5 more weeks! 😁 hope you’re enjoying the warmer weather and training too!
@@EndorphinEmpire yup, was definitely a run of two halves that night! Least they were someone else's trainers getting wet and muddy on that event. 😅 Desperately trying to not get nervous about first GNR this year, but starting to get worried now! Sure it'll all be ok once I bite the bullet and try out a 10 or 11 miler between now and then! 😆
I did this a few years back and loved it. Absolutely stunning. this and Fountains Abbey very hard to beat. I'm definitely going to be back there this year. Great video thanks
Did this in summer 2021 whilst on a family holiday and loved it.
So good isn’t it! I hadn’t heard much about it before this last weekend.
Hi, great location for a parkrun. A tough course but enjoyable especially if the weather is kind. cheers
It's stunning isn't it! I was very surprised it isn't talked about more as a great location to visit!

Thanks Martin! Dalby Forest is also stunning, I made a video about that one a couple months ago. We’re very lucky up here with some of our runs.

Thank you! Hopefully I’ll see you at one of these runs soon. I agree, we have some incredible Parkruns up here
Try Preston. Really pretty course with a mean hill to enjoy.
This is good to know, Alasdair! I’ll get it added to my ever increasing list 😂
did it last October and will be there again this October and December
That’s great! I hope you enjoy it ☺️
