It’s just a classic! Reliable proven design, it was my first handgun so it has a special place in my heart, I have trusted it with my family’s safety for years !

Me favorite, as well, along with Sig Sauer P229 .40 S&W/.357 Sig. S&W shield and the Walther PPS M2 LE are great pocket guns.

Nathan Price I only keep Pistols I really like and I am over 30 total now, but if I could only get one pistol and a hand full of mags if the world was coming to an end, it would be the Glock 21 Gen 4 in 45ACP. More knock down power and 0 issues...... If there is a hang up, it is very easy to clear and get back into the fight. I have been carrying a Glock 30 Gen 4 for a year now as my EDC pistol. The Glock 21 mags fit in The Glock 30 and run fine..... they do hang out 2 inches or so.... but the Glock 21 holds 13 rounds of 45ACP in the magazines. :} It is a Easy to shoot and easy to learn 45ACP Pistol in my opinion...... I got a taurus pt 92 my first toy... went through about
2500 rds ZERO MALFUNCTIONS most reliable piece i have ever shot. i beleive these guns are Top 3 9mm ever made, right behind or along Glocks and Springfield xd.
First thing I did when I received my 92FS was to change the guide rod/spring for a stainless steel GR from Midwest Guns. This was a long time ago. I was surprised when I stripped the weapon down for initial cleaning and saw that plastic GR. Great video.

I own that exact same gun a 92FS Inox a bit more pricey than a glock but they are worth every penny and its my favorite pistol, never jammed, so glad I bought one.
I have 2 18 round Mecgars looking to get some 20 rounders soon. I also have a couple 30 round factory mags so make sure you buy a few of those too they work great.

Help Me I am pleased to hear that you can get this Fantastic Pistol in Cali, Even if I could only put 10 Rounds in my mags, I would still love the Beretta 92/96, M9A3 that I own.... they are some of the Best Pistols in the World.

BERETTA9mmUSA yeah, no doubt it is a very good/historical firearm. In California we have what’s called a “handgun roster” put together by the DOJ, it’s basically a list of handguns that we can legally buy here, the beretta has been around since before the list/laws were put together so I guess it kind of got grandfathered in because there has been no change in the guns design and functionality just like other guns allowed on the roster, but the M9A3 is off the roster unfortunately because its a newer firearm so we can’t buy it unless a law enforcement officer were to buy one and then sell it on the used market. law enforcement officers are exempt from the roster.
Nice shooting there.....I love my Inox 92 and my Brigadier Inox 92 also.

Yes I think it is worth the money for this up-grade.... make sure you put a little oil or CLP on it every month if you shoot monthly, just makes it nice and slick. I Love it! The 20 round Mec Gar mags for the Beretta 92 are on sale at Mid Way USA for $28.99 each as of 07/06/2015 and they will double in price if Clinton wins..... Get 2 or 3 now if you can. Loved my Beretta 92FS Inox so much I bought it's rich cousin the Wilson Combat 92G Brigadier. Both have the Wilson Combat spiral guide rod of course. Will definitely be buying some of those Mec-Gar 20 rounders.

Love the backstop, not just a rock it's a freakin mountain! lol I live in the flat lands of Florida and the only mountains here is are landfills.
I have the same model but with all stainless steel hammer, slide stop, buttons, etc. bought it about 7-8 years ago. Is very hard to find one of those now. Maybe you guys can tell me why. Good videos btw.

Looks great, works great but sad bt does not make guide rods for the berretta 96a1.i li e your channel, just wish more manufacturers would venture into other calibers and not focus mainly on 9mm. Hard to find upgraded parts for my 96a1.

Shawn Deonarine The Brig has a thicker stronger frame, and the sights are replaceable. If you want to add night sights to it. Wilson Combat is doing a tricked out Beretta Brig for $1195, it is expensive, but it is dang near a masterpiece of a Beretta. We have a couple Review Videos up on our channel if you want to check it out. One video is a VS video going up against the Sig 226 Legion. The Regular 92 Inox or Brig Inox is hard to find these days. Dear friend,...exelent video as usually,...I have a question,...what is the difference between the american and the italian made berettas ???
I am new to guns and have a series of questions:
1) with an empty magazine present, and with the slide locked back, when you pull back further, will the slide release? Or do you have to push down on the slide lock lever to release it?
2) without a magazine in the magazine well, when you pull back on the slide, does it lock back or does it move back and forth freely?
3) with a loaded magazine present, will your slide lock at any point when you pull back on the slide or does it continue to pull back until you release it by letting go?

1. With a empty mag in the pistol the slide will not release even if you pull back on it, until you push down on the slide release.
2. You pistol's slide will move back and fourth freely when you are working the slide without locking, if you do not have an empty mag in the pistol.
3.The pistol's slide will move back and fourth freely when you have a loaded mag in it by you working the slide, as you chamber round after round from your magazine..... until you run it dry and it will lock open after the last round is ejected from the chamber and you now have an empty mag.
Always make sure your pistol is pointed in a safe direction and keep your finger out of the trigger well as you work with your pistol. Guns do not go off on there own..... the trigger is pulled and the pistol fires. I say this just to make sure we are always safe, I hope this helps you.

How does the "very little recoil" comment have anything to do with the guide rod? No offence intended just don't get it and can you tell me why having a stainless guide rod running on alloy is better than plastic. Wouldn't running stainless rather than plastic wear the alloy guide more, as something has to wear.....
It's stronger, heavier and therefor helps keep the recoil down ..
Adds a bit more weight, i added a full length guide rod on my 1911 and it felt heavier and less recoil

How does the guide rod do anything to improve the gun's recoil or accuracy? Looks nicer
Joe Smith You are replacing a plastic or cheap metal GR, with a solid steel GR which adds strength and a little weight to the front of the pistol. It is proven to reduce recoil and therefore quicker follow up shoots. That's the idea as a whole..... They really are for guys or gals who shoot allot. Lots of Professional shooters use one GR or another.... not that everyone is a Pro Shooter. Beretta Sr.
