I live in RR and recently started fishing in Brushy creek but not the location you’re at in the vid. Can you advise the spot or any other good spots to fish in brushy creek?
This spot is actually hard to get to and only good after some rain. I'd suggest just using google maps satellite and look for deeper (darker) sections of the creek, and see if there's a neighborhood or access nearby. That's all I do! A couple known spots are Veterans Park and above Brushy Creek Reservoir.
Sweet video bro looks like you're fishing in some kind of botanical garden or something next time I come to Austin man let's get together and go fishing
Cool video man. I am from South Korea visiting Round Rock for work. Brought my travel fishing gear, I go for basses, any good spot you might recommend? Thanks👊🐠🇰🇷
Thank you! Round Rock has a ton of neighborhood ponds that are stocked with bass. Other spots to check out are Meadow Lake, Old Settlers Park Lake, and Brushy Creek which has numerous trails with access points. Good luck!
@@FishATX Thanks!! Actually went to the old settler's but caught none there haha. But I was able to catch couple basses in a neighbouhood pond. Had fun.
@@TV-qb4uo Oh that’s good! Sorry for the late response. Old settlers has a LOT of pressure everyday so it can be tough. Most places in Round Rock are getting fished pretty hard lately
just subbed!!!!! can you tell me exactly where this spot is??? Brushy Creek is so big and has tons of trails and access points!! i just found a spot behind Raab house behind Play for all abilities park!!
Thanks for joining! I have to keep this spot a secret, and it's honestly very hard to get to. But there's tons of great access points on Brushy! Raab house has some MASSIVE fish but they are hard to catch. Veterans park is cool too especially if you have a kayak.
I share some! Some I would like to keep secret though, because most of the good spots over the last few years have been overfished. This particular spot was very hard to access but Brushy Creek has trails all along it. I just look on google maps satellite and look for deeper holes, then try it out!
Oh yeah venturing off the path 👊👊🎣
Favorite kind of spots!
Looks super cool back there. Rad intro too man
Thank you! It definitely felt like a jungle back there lol
Almost got the sunfish cradle 😂 Cool video
Lol so close! He was camera shy. Thanks!

Thanks man! Love getting to those hard to reach areas 🤙🏼

Definitely a brushy creek haha. I wouldn't have expected so much fish there tho! Nice spot
Same! We recently had a lot of rain, so I think it had them all concentrated! 🙌🏼
