Why perforators are ligated subfascially not extra fascialy as in SEPS.
It is hard to because subcutaneous fat will be less in case of lipodermatosclerosis,,in early stages suprafascial ligation can also be done
If varicose veins started with 2nd pregnancy 20 years back then pateint came with complaint of ulcer recently can we call it as Secondary varicose veins
