Hi Matt. Got the alergy injections while you were having class today. It's in the 20's now, so i am going out and work with the staff. Haven't tried this before, but hoping it will help toughen me up physically and mentally, by working through the pain. Have a good one. Doug.
Thanks for the video! We're having a winter storm. All of my excess energy just goes into keeping my front door clear. The front door of my shop might not be clear for a month or so. I might try to check the side door sometime, but I might not be in the shop for a while. I don't have room to do the staff stuff anywhere else. If I get a little respite from moving snow, I will try to do the club routines. I tend to lean my staff against a corner, but I walk with the staff every day. The staff isn't spending long periods of time in the same position. I hope that it will be leaning a little differently every day and won't warp.
Great lesson Sensei ; I have been working with the staff, as I can practice in my apartment livingroom ...! I am still having trouble with my backwards spin ; I can't quite relax enough, I stiffen and drop it .! ( GRRR ) but I am getting better .!

I like Coco-Bolo wood for my Chucks and Bo. Also great for Kali sticks.
