I love how you show the spin and wrist movements in slow motion. This is why I appreciate your videos compared to many other self defense videos.

El largo del Bo ,depende de la estatura del que lo emplee o es una medida estándar.Quisiera documentarme más con este instrumento de defensa,me gusta su manejo,y me gusta la metodología a seguir para su aprendizaje.
    ¡Gracias!.

I really like this, I have several walking sticks including a couple bo staffs disguised as walking sticks. (I like the extra reach of a bo staff)
But I have a question- (With all due respect!) spinning is cool and all, but wouldn’t a strong jab to the soft tissue of the skull followed by a strike from either side be more effective against an opponent?
Cause if someone is threatening me, I’d want to strike fast and hard, drop the opponent quickly, and make my escape..

I’ve really been enjoying your videos, and will continue to train weapons with these (I dont do a lot of traditional weapon training in BJJ and krav), but may I ask what band is playing in the background? Really digging those riffs! 🤘🏻
