    Don't forget:
TSGT. John Chapman was shot multiple times and bleeding out while he engaged in hand to hand combat with the enemy. And won.

Like Léonidas and his 300 Spartans, like the Russians at Osewic, like the French at Verdun, like the 6th army at Stalingrad. Chapman fought until his last dying breath, to protect what he loved. Until he finaly died a warrior, the men behind him knew no danger. For their safety was guaranteed as long as he stood. But as all legends. They must first die, to truly be feared. To be seen as a wall that will never crumble. For it's the pillars of support every nation is built on, that is made of men like Chapman.

Just hearing the story of what happened on that mountain causes me to salute these great soldiers. May God rest this mans spirit and those who also perished. 100% respect, that doesnt even describe what any REAL Americans feels for this man and all those who have sacrificed their lives in military service!

I cry with gratitude and pride knowing a man like him existed and not only existed but also wore the uniform of my country and made the ultimate sacrifice. I hope to become just one percent of the man he was in this lifetime. We must support our veterans our heroes. God bless the United States of America
