Absolutely needed this. I've been working 4-5 hours a day for over a year as a freelancer (entirely client outreach, no marketing, minimal sales), but I've always carried this guilt that I need to be working 8 hours (coming from a tech startup prior), and keep thinking "how can I take on more work to fill my day?". Though my work is mentally intensive and highly creative, and any days I end up working 7-8 I feel exhausted and need a day to recover. Perhaps my thinking has been a bit backwards! Thanks a heap Dan
impossible to say, without knowing more about someone specific situation. but I can say confidently that I worked way too many hours, and way too hard… early on, and that was definitely not necessary
