Keeps my skin from breaking out and I would struggle with 2-3 pimples at a time with hormonal acne around the time of the month (and I’m very similar where I’d breakout after my period). But since finishing a whole tube of Panoxyl I barely broke. I was influenced by Madison Beer when she mentioned this face wash!!

I listed to the same podcast with clearstem founders when my acne was so bad last year for MONTHS and the dermatologist couldn’t help. I stopped eating eggs almonds and peanuts and The difference was insane. Try it out I’m obsessed w u queen 😗😗😗

The breakouts and are the same for em, right before and during my period my skin is great and then after there is a lot of break outs, but I think that's when hormone levels are rising again so it does make sense. Just be patient with yourself 💓

Hey Jaci! For your skin I literally had all the same issues and tried to cut out certain things, went to the dermatologist multiple times and anything else you can think of except get my hormones checked. I am higher in testosterone than estrogen and so when I got pregnant and ever since having a baby over a year ago it has increased the estrogen in my body and I have literally had no acne since. Hopefully when you do get pregnant the same will happen for you! I haven’t done any other research on increasing estrogen besides what I have experienced but I wanted to share that info with you!
For me, I think dermaplaning actually makes my face breakout worse. Partly because you're bound to get bumps from ingrown hairs and also because any tiny cuts you can't see leave your skin susceptible to infection from bacteria.
I asked my dermatologist abt this and he suggested using phisohex (I’m not sure if that exists where you live I’m from Australia) after you shave and patting down with an alcohol like men do with aftershave!
