Simply unplayable. I come back to these frames whenever snooker is on hiatus. I've been (as any fan would be) a Ronnie fan for years. But this still absolutely blows my mind. Against the slow, methodical and controlling game of Selby, anyone can falter. But to come out and play like that is universally brilliant. He's the best.
This was probably the greatest single day of Snooker in history. Two of the best semis ever. Emotion, skill, power. Selby was completely drained clear to see. Had nothing else to give.
Not true Selby gave it his all and played stunning shots in the decider, it was just a supernatural effort by Ronnie aided with a tiny bit of luck in that decider!

I remember watching this thinking Ronnie had thrown it away but the next 3 frames were just sublime. Ronnie Scored 276 points without reply until he missed on 64 in the decider. Incredible!
The thing that is so impressive to me is that Ronnie was missing balls, hitting the ball too hard, looking like he had crumpled at 13 to 15 and had given up. Then its like he just slots back into his best form and never misses. Its like Ronnie's opponent is himself. The last snooker escape from Ronnie at 39 minutes putting Selby into a snooker is sublime.
that is exactly true. it's always up to Ronnie whether he wins or not. Ronnie's best against anyone else's best... Ronnie will always win; so he is just playing himself.

The last three frames of this match are the stuff of legend. I remember watching it at the time and just laughing at what Ronnie was doing, it was so audacious and brilliant. Yes, he got a couple of good runs of the ball, but he was red hot as well.
I think ROS like's to sometimes challenge himself just for the fun of it. He is able to read the table no matter where the ball's are positioned so fast it's astounding. How many times i got goose bumps don't know. Fall from the chair once also. Thanks boss.
When Ronnie is fully focused on the job, in the mood and wants to play.. HE IS SIMPLY UNPLAYABLE & UNBEATABLE! 🐐 🐐
Hello there, i know there are millions of Ronnie lovers but i would say i'm in the top few who actually can't watch ronnie loose! I just love this perfect legend!
Блестящая игра двух очень талантливых спортсменов! Отличный репортаж! Спасибо!
Thank you Cesar for uploading this.
Thanks for the upload.hadnt seen this before and enjoyed every shot of it. Was nearly expecting Dennis to 'malfunction' and bail out of Stephen saying he cant take it anymore. Id say Selby really found this tough. His brain must of been questioning every time he had a shot that wasnt a gimme
Nicely edited. A pleasure to watch. Thank you.
Steven Henry outstanding commentary and the other man and you spot-on job well done A+ across-the-board for a job well done for the both of you
Dude is one of the most accomplished snooker players in history and you literally spelled both of his names wrong.
Legend Ronnie respect from Greece!
Nobody Does It Better than Ronnie O'Sullivan. Sometimes I didn't know who was the best player in the world but now I definitely know that is Ronnie
Fantastic editing. Thank you
If someone is unfortunately not a Ronnie's fan yet then it is a must watch for them to become a Ronnie's fan.
genius by Ronnie, great video, thanks for posting
Hendry is such a marvellous commentator.
This guy is crazy..unbelievable..legend
The last three frames of this match are the stuff of legend. I remember watching it at the time and just laughing at what Ronnie was doing, it was so audacious and brilliant. Yes, he got a couple of good runs of the ball, but he was red hot as well.
I was cheering for him
Lovely editing, Cesar, t5hank you. I really enjoyed watching this again.
Bar alex in 82 , this was my favourite match , selby's face , loved it , GO ON RON
Thank you so much for your uploads. top-notch quality!
I think ROS like's to sometimes challenge himself just for the fun of it. He is able to read the table no matter where the ball's are positioned so fast it's astounding. I wonder if he is able to see like Neo from the Matrix while playing he is that good.
Edit: You have the best snooker channel on UA-cam Cesar, again brilliant editing.👌👌👌
I swear I'll never tire of watching this!!
Love seeing the look on Selby's face. 🤣🤣
What an awesome editing thanks to Cesar and @35 what a gud suggestions as always gud editing there's no compromise about the editing
Love the way how you save us some valuable time. Cheers mate
Профессионализм даже с нотками авантюризма и некоторой легкомысленности все равно победил!!! Поздравляю любимчика Ронни с очередной победой!!!❤❤❤
Действительно
Speechlessly gobsmacked 😱😱😱 What I would give to be there to watch this exposé in person. This is Bucketlist stuff.
Nobody Does It Better than Ronnie O'Sullivan ❤️❤️❤️
Yes, just to say thanks for the video. The editing is superb.
Wonderful edit! Not sure if you added that little animation of the double kiss or the cue ball hitting jaw shot choices for Selby that the commentator was explaining. You made an already enthralling match even more watchable. You deserve my subscription.
Best snooker content in youtube
Wow! That editing. Great job. Just discovered your channel and subbed immediately. The match was epic and I was so delighted Ronnie took it home in the end!
