In today's video, we're going to show you how to improve the look of your BMW F30/F80/etc with Smoked Out LED Sequential Turn Signals! While we had the caps off, we couldn't resist upgrading our mirror caps to some unbelievable Dry Carbon Caps! Not only do the carbon caps look amazing, but they're incredibly light!

It makes no sense to me why someone would dislike this video. Like there absolutely no reason to dislike it, it was informative and well made and it makes no sense why someone hated it so much that they disliked it.

Haters just gonna hate unfortunately.
I just performed this job. I was completely white knuckling it when I removed the mirrors after all the stories of disaster. I took the time to heat up the entire enclosure so everything was warmed up and hopefully less brittle. I used a 2.5" wide plastic puddy knife to pry it out, and held a thick piece of cardboard against the mirror side while prying.. I am happy to say.. success!! No breakage of either mirror.

I tried this broke both mirrors. was fairly cheap tho. maybe think about that before doing. but this video was great.
I replaced my wing mirror indicator last night. It's worth noting that the bottom trim piece, although it looks as though it should clip on before the screws are done up, will only align itself properly once the screws are in. Start with the small screw nearest the window and work your way outwards.
I just installed mine and man I love the way it looks on my car!!!!

An excellently constructed tutorial and appreciate the clear video. My only feedback 'Even Better If' (EBI) would be to test the new indicator(s) once connected before reassembly. Its always good practice to check products work proving power and connection. Would you agree?

I popped out the mirror glass as instructed but when I put everything back together my mirrors don’t adjust now. Is there a way to reset the motors on the mirrors or do you have any ideas?
Take it back out and check the wires
This happened to me too, It was because not all of the 4 clips were clipped in successfully on the back of the mirror, I just pressed in the mirror better so all clips connected and then the mirror worked fine.

I wish you showed them with the turn signal on instead of the hazards. The hazards blink faster than the turn signals. Also, I hope they make those turn signals in gloss smoke. Matte black, gloss black, and carbon fiber kinds clash
I might do with a spray of clear coat. Will try wax as it could give it that shiny look but not be permanent.
Us bmw drivers don’t use this thing you call a “turn signal”

Hi Bryan, the discount coupon is no longer valid it appears. In any event, I have a F22, and I believe the mirror assembly is the same between the F22 and F30 chassis, so the carbon fiber mirror caps available at your store should fit my car. Just need a confirmation. Keep up the great work!
On the front side did you have to remove all five screws I see most people just removing the bottom three? Thanks

What about installing a light that has a yellow turn signal and a “welcome home” blue light? There are many of these for sale but no install videos. There’s a green wire that needs to be routed to a power source within the mirror housing aside from the plug and play connection.

Good video, nice turn signals, but the carbon fiber mirror caps look bad shouldve left the car all estoril blue. Its a great color.
Was gonna get some of these but the light is a bit fast for my liking also do you not have to program anything for them? I want to change my front lights also but thought I'd have to map the car for them
do you know what size the screws are? Mine snapped in half when unscrewing them...

Hi Brian I drive an F20 320i 2012 model year. i'm loving all the mods you do on your car. the only problem is that i'm having a hard time getting my hands to them because of my location. Do you perhaps offer shipping to south africa?
You're talking about Matte or Glossy. You can make Dry Carbon in either.. these are glossy Dry Carbon, since it's made with pre-preg carbon :)
Has anyone tried if this works with tandem with the LED GTS taillights or are they both at different speeds looking weird?

I got the dynamic turn signals but do i need the cabel thats in the box or not? For the lci f30 2018? One of my friend didnt get the extra cable in the package for the lci f30. Is there a diffrence between europe car and usa in this process of changing the dynamic turn signal?
These are not compatible with F80 M3, as noted in the video description as well as the product description.
Do they make these for F80 / F83 ?

Hey man do I have to disconnection the battery?
It blinks too fast, need to slow it down.
It matches the speed of the other turn signals on your car, if it was any slower it would be out of sync and look weird.
love the vid but that is not dry carbon.... its gloss carbon ...... just because its all carbon dont make it dry..... dry is unpolished carbon!!

I wish my car had a better aftermarket following, all I can do is upgrade engine, trans, Suspension....and throw some limo stuff at the interior....Perhaps some chrome trim but thats all.
Lincolns get NO love....Sad.

It would be easier and cost effective to just take the factory indicators out and spray them with night shades/tint spray.
