Hi mami I would like to try the nei appam. But I have a doubt. Now we have to soak the rice for 3 hrs and after 3 hrs can we add jaggery water that we have prepared to grind the rice and not adding water at all. Using only jaggery syrup. Would that work? Pls reply mami
