Just used this video to help me with my Infiniti QX30. It's a GLA250 wearing Infiniti badges. My wife's been complaining since we got it that her lights aren't bright at all. Hopefully this helps a bit. I did 2 full turns as well.

This is a big problem in my vehicle as well 2021 GLA 220d 4matic. The low beam is woefully low, almost pitiful and merc haven't been able to do anything about it.

    Are these lights self leveling?

Seems there are many comments regarding “consideration” for other drivers and what is within legal range......Although each state has its own regulation as to what is considered “acceptable” for proper vehicle lighting.....I will always side with the safety of my family over someone’s (most likely briefly) discomfort.

And I believe that when other drivers find the lights unacceptable, they are quick to share their perspective by flashing their own high beams. Never has anyone done that to us since we made the adjustment. I think moderation is key.

I have a A-Class (W176) with these lights - in Germany you can´t put your lights up this high. You get problems with 2yrs check. You're blinding the oncoming traffic

Yes you can, you're headlight should be adjusting according to the value written en the light, and it's usually -1% for xenon headlight. That mean that if the projector is at 70cm in height, it should project 70m down the road. For the inspection they allow them to be a lot higher (-0,5% , that's the same all over Europe).

Obviously only u will feel comfortable but not the opposite drivers.. U might suffered as well if those opposite driver give u high beam when u r using this adjusted level low beam headlights.. U shd adjust the level lower.. The low beam light's level shd not reach to the front car driver's side mirror..

ViNCENiO VL We have never had any driver flash lights at us when we had low beams on since they were adjusted.

No, those headlight were clearly aimed way to low at the factory. And while he didn't adjusted them in the proper way, it look like they are still a little bit too low.
They should light up the way to 100 times their height.
So the good way of adjusting it, well it's with a Headlight Aimer and after making sure that the car is empty, the tire pressure is good, and the engine is turned on if you have self adjusting headlight. But you can also do it in front of a wall and do the measurements.

@@mbrenengenjust because people dont "flash" you doesnt mean you are not blinding people.
      great statistical observation

@@Dogghousse actually it is a statistical observation. Let's say that only 20% of those offended by my headlights flash at me and zero people have ever flashed, I would say they are not blinding anybody.
