2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cumin
3/4 tsp Garam masala
1/8 tsp nutmeg
250ml light coconut milk
100 ml water
salt

There seems to be a big confusion in some places what "mutton" actually is. Some say it's goat and some say it's lamb.
I'm pretty sure that in the North of India a mutton curry consists of goat meat 🤔
